I like this place. First off it’s convenient, and the sales people are friendly and helpful. Sure you can get some things cheaper at Walmart or Home Depot but not all. They do have their deals and they do have plenty of staff around ready to help you.
My only complaint is I have had keys cut here before that didn’t work, but that can happen anywhere I guess and they stood behind their work and redid them for me. Best part is easy parking, easy in and out, no lines, no waiting. I’ll pay a little extra for that any day.

«Lame» is about my best word to describe this place. Not only do they not have a good selection of products which I guess I can understand because its such a dinky small operation. but, just about EVERYTHING is overpriced. Nothing is ever on sale when I am forced to buy here… because the major hardware stores are across town. And just today to top it off I looked at my receipt and low and behold a BBQ sauce for $ 5.99 was on it, which I never bought nor was in my bags. Weird! This place is weak, plain and simple, so take the extra 15 min and drive the other major stores.

How does this place not have a good review yet? Love this place! Long story short… I went in a couple of months ago, shopping for some way to hang an unusual item from a really tall tree. The guys in there were so helpful. They spent so much time trying to help me figure it out… even rigging up something custom for me once they quickly realized how not handy I am! I’ve been a few times since and am never disappointed.
So sick of the big box stores lack of customer service and knowledgeable staff. This is my new hardware store.
