FRAUD. Reported to the BBB. I have had several fraud charges on 2 different cards which luckily I caught both times, totaling almost $ 2000! I will never buy from you again and I will fight you to the end on this. I knew you were a fraud the first time, they second time I used a card that I ONLY used to buy from you and BOOM, next day you tried to Max my card with Fraud charges. YOUAREFINISHED.

I ordered a mod and tank… mod up button did not work… no problem things happen. I sent a email with no responce(2days).called customer service… either hung up on me or got disconnect when I explained my broken devise. .no problem… I called back got the same girl and she put me on hold to talk to supervisor. …and that’s what she did… And over 1hr of hold time I new I was just put off… called back latter and got busy signal about 5xs… guess they blocked my number… DONOTUSETHESEGUYS

2÷9÷2016: There seems to be a huge problem with this store’s website that we just figured out. We’ve placed orders on this website with multiple credit cards. Within 10 days of each purchase our credit cards were compromised and we received calls from the fraud departments. Either someone on the inside is selling customer card data or this website is severely compromised. Anyone else experience this issue?! 216⁄2016: So our 4th credit card has been compromised. We’ve been dealing with a gentleman named Frank. Frank is pleasant and willing to help but after a phone call I had today with someone named Evol, I believe that they do not understand what is happening. 4 of our credit cards have had fraud on them. This means that someone cloned our cards and tried to use them overseas. Apparently, the vape store was under the impression that we said someone was using our cards on their website. After 4 – 5 phone calls with them, they didn’t understand the problem but kept telling us it was corrected. We are not seeking restitution or anything else from the store, we are simply trying to inform them of a possible breach in their security so that this doesn’t happen to other people. Furthermore, when I explained to Evol that I was in contact with the FBI and the Secret Service, she literally mocked me for doing so. Our conversation ended in yelling and harsh words due to her condescending attitude. 3÷7÷2016: Our 5th credit card was compromised as well as that of a family member after using their card at this store online. Additionally, my husband and I received email from other customer’s claiming the same has happened to them!

Used to be a great retail site, now it’s horrible. Took 4 business days to ship my order, I was lied to by customer service saying my order would ship last Friday didn’t ship till last night. constantly out of flavors/nic levels but not keeping their website up to date with stock info, 15+ minute hold times for customer service, this is the second time they did this to me. On top of all that, my wife and I have had overseas fraudulent charges on the 3 different cards, The Vape Store Online is the ONLY place the 3 cards have in common. Beware! I will not be doing business with them again. UPDATE: 3÷5÷2016, 4 cards have now been comprised, The Vape Store still being the only link between them. We spoke to someone in the customer service department, it was a woman with a nearly unpronounceable name… she was udderly useless and completely rude. We spoke to the FBI and they referred us to the secret service. so that is the steps we are on now.

These guys kick ass! Super friendly! Knowledgeable! Fixed and rebuilt my kfun(Which is a bit of a pain) free of charge! Great selection of mods and liquid, and they even mix a special liquid with very light flavoring for me. Can’t say enough about how classy and cool theses good people are.

This store is absolutely amazing. I was in the store at the end of December just after Christmas and Rachel helped me immensely. I’ve never been in such a friendly store she spent at least an hour and a half letting me try all different flavors they have. I am from Michigan and we have nothing like this. I know they have a website but she said I could call direct and they would ship it right away. I wish there was a franchise I could buy into up here.

I’ve been inhaling second hand smoke since I was born. At 46, I have become very intolerant of it and resentful of all who expose me to it. On a trip to Cape Coral we were surrounded by people using the ecig from this store. The locals rave about this store and recommend it highly. So we went to the store and we were greeted by a professional, passionate team who clearly are concerned about helping people enjoy their product while helping them stop smoking in a very non judge mental capacity. There are many choices and their interview process was very helpful. They asked questions then paired my husband up with the instrument best suited for him. I was concerned about shopping online but decided that trust in the product, their service and their Eliquid is more important than any mail order problems. I have to say their online customer service is just as fabulous as their in store service. Products are shipped quickly and correctly. Thank you for saving my life my husband’s life and now my son’s and my husband’s best friend’s lives!
