Best fish tacos I’ve had! Very authentic Mexican food. Great service I hope they set up seating soon;)

Really good authentic Mexican style tacos, which are really hard to find in Cape Coral. I gave it 4⁄5 and not a 5⁄5 only because the steak was tough. But it was still really good.

Food is very good and a very good price. They do not accept cards, CASHONLY. I called ahead and asked and maybe they did not understand my question but I asked if cards are accepted. Once I got there I had to go to the 7 – 11 next door and pay a $ 4 atm fee to get the $ 5 worth of food I bought. $ 5 is good for two small quesadillas but definitely not worth $ 9. Still very impressed with quality of food

I’ve been in Cape for a minute now and always seen the truck but it’s in a odd spot on pine island rd & del prado so depends which way you’re traveling… went there for the first time the other day. Priced right for authentic mexican tacos on corn tortillas so went back today. They got tamales & quesadillas too. Good service. Gave ‘em a 4 out of 5 because they don’t put Pico De Gallo on them(I guess it’s not a mexican thing, but still a lot of people like Pico on their tacos. The homemade Verde salsa is great, but maybe adding Pico in the future is my suggestion(not a deal breaker though). I will still be going back a couple/few times a month though. Good stuff & priced right. They’ve been open for 8 years so I guess they know what the people want.

Well folks this is the real deal. They have beef tongue, tamale, fried pork and fish. It all made to order. So do not expect it fast. Good things are waited for. My torta was good. Though being from California I have had better. BUt I am spoiled. They have the usual shredded beef, steak and such. So instead of the 7 – 11 stop in here.

This is important. I’m evaluating a taco place in Florida. NOTCUBANFOOD. When you think of dank tacos in America you think Texas and California. Well, I’m here to tell you that it is safe to leave your home, SW Florida. If the HUGE guy down the street is making you wait while they process whatever it is they process, you need to saunter over here and eat out your frustration. Except on Wednesdays, when they’re closed. So when evaluating a taco truck here’s what you need to look for: Does it have neon lights? Because if it does, it is not legit. This place doesn’t. Legit. Does it have small Mexican people working in it? Yes, yes it does. Legit. Are there other people buying? Usually. It’s surprising there are only 2 other recommended reviews for this spot; they’re usually busy. Legit. Is it named after something related to Catholicism? Taco Bell? Nope! Tacos Del Mar? Nope. Chipotle? Nope. Not legit. San Miguel(Saint Michael)? Winner, winner, chicken taco dinner! Legit! Speaking of the chicken, it’s all breast meat. And it is freaking great. Every thing comes with some salsa(green) and a lime. They’ve pork tamales(I don’t consume the swine, so I wouldn’t know). Their asada is always lean(and delicious). And they’ve got all the other traditional meats that people seem to enjoy(lengua, tripa, etc). They do not have much in the way of rice and beans. They are pretty affordable considering how high in quality the food is. Tacos, quesadillas and tortas feature prominently on their menu. They’re quick in prepping your food too. This spot is the real deal. It’s unassuming. It’s weird, really, that this amazing place is here any at all. This part of the world should be a black hole on the map… but then there’s a little gem like San Miguel. It’s more than just the gateway to heaven.
