Sunshine Nails

I came here on my vacation they have terrible customer service. A lot of the employees do not speak English so it is hard to communicate with them. I get gel nails and they didn’t even know how to take it off and kept burning my toe nails with the wrong tool. She skipped a step with the leg massage and tried to massage with the exfoliating stuff and rubbed so hard my shins felt raw and still hurt. I asked her not to use the exfoliant to massage my legs and she just skipped the leg massage.
I like my nails long and I was just getting a fill the guy cut them way shorter than I asked. Then tried to argue with me about it. I will tell you EXACTLY how I want my nails and he kept going on and on and I asked him not to argue with me and to give better customer service. He went on to speak among his fellow co workers in another language obviously about me because other employees were looking at me. I do not recommend this salon to anyone, if you’re desperate it will work. I’m huge on customer service so it’s very important to me

I’ve tried lots of nail salons in the Cape, looking for a good pedicure. Really like Sunshine. They don’t rush, lots of polishes to choose from, and paraffin wax is included in the VERY reasonable price!
