My Husband and I recently purchased an older home that was in desperate need of new windows and sliding glass doors. We interviewed 4 companies and Storm Solutions was by far the most knowledgable and with the 10% discount we received had the best price. Our experience with Storm Solutions was Professional from beginning to end. Our Salesman answered all of our questions and provided us with a detailed proposal itemizing each window and door. Communication with our Salesman and the office was Excellent throughout our installation. We highly recommend Storm Solutions for window and sliding glass door replacement.

I don’t know where to begin. We did our homework when looking for a contractor to replace all our windows and sliders in our home. We had numerous quotes, varying product suggestions, but in the end we chose Storm Solutions. The crew at first was very prompt and informative, but as time went on and issues arose, the crew became more difficult to work with and less responsive. We are now 4 months into this job and it’s still not finished. The inspection passed 2 weeks ago and we still have not heard from them about coming back for the finish work. We were told it was a 2 week job. Mind you, this was a $ 26k job and the only time we hear from them is when we reach out. Spend your money with other reputable companies so you are a valued customer. I would have really appreciated this kind of information when I was researching companies.

We would not recommend them. We’re very unhappy with there install.

So here’s the story. We own a rental home in Cape Coral. New home. Window issues. Big ones that caused a leak that caused mold that caused big $$. Storm solutions was called by the mold remediation company to give a quote. Their quote was very high.
I spoke to them. It was very obvious they were knowledgeable, a good reliable company. But why so high?
It seems the builder put in the wrong size window for the opening. The wood would have to not only b replaced but a new window of the correct size put in as replacement. He was incredibly patient and helpful in explaining it to me.
Finally I decided to call the builder. Who of course initially disagreed totally. Then Storm Solutions was kind enough to take the risk to put his findings in writing. The builder caved and did the work that was needed themselves.
So while I didn’t use Storm Solutions they were awesome. Absolutely refused to do work that would not stand the test of time and would only do it correctly. Love that!!!
Please use them because they did a lot of work for me without any compensation. Thanks so much!
