I am extremely disappointed in the run shoppe! The owner will only do exchange and gift cards no refunds. Even with the reciept. They based that off of Brooks return policy. So I called Brooks they said 100% money back guarantee and free shipping back. Unfortunately I purchased them threw this brick and mortar store and not directly threw the manufacturer. So for now on I’m going the way of most consumers and going to use stores like the run shoppe to try on product but buy them threw the manufacturer. That way I can allways get a money back guarantee!

We have been to every other specialty shoe/​run store in the area (including Ft. Myers, and Estero) and this place is hands-​down the best. My wife has plantar fasciitis so she has a very hard time finding shoes, but they have helped her find tennis shoes that she loves and can walk in all day. I do not have feet problems, but they have guided me to the most comfortable walking and running shoes that I’ve ever had. I never even knew what I was missing out on by picking my own shoes in the past.
The staff we have dealt with are very knowledgeable and take their time with each person. They are not stuck on one brand and have never tried to over-​sell us. We have decided that we will buy all of our tennis shoes from this «shoppe» from here on.
