I wish I could give these guys a glowing review, but unfortunately I cannot. First issue is $ 160 to change a 7 foot belt. Next time I will order one online and do it myself. After the installation the tech had to come back because my door kept going up by itself after it closed. The tech came and I watched him «readjust» the force level and on top of that he tried to sell me new sensors for $ 60, which I knew clearly wasn’t the issue. After he left, the door again came up by itself, so I went online and found the manual for my model unit and adjusted the force levels myself. Now I do not have a problem with the door opening when it goes down. For $ 160 belt change, I’d expect to not have to deal with all of that. As I said, next time I will do it myself.

Wow what a great company! Our electric garage door was broken. We received a quick and reasonable quote and the repair was done the next day. The installers was friendly, cleaned up after himself. Great customer service!

My old garage door was acting up and most likely 20 years old. Called On Track and they made a recommendation on a new Liftmaster. Hugh showed up right on time and 90 minutes later I had a new opener. He. Even cleaned my tracks so it runs much quieter. His. Professionalism and helpfulness was so refreshing. Call here first, great work at reasonable prices.

Door spring broke over the weekend. Called Monday morning at 8 and Wade picked up promptly and sent a guy out by 1 the same day. Great price and great service!

I seldom gave 5 stars for any service I received but I am giving On Track a 5 stars as they are well deserved of an Excellent rating. The garage door repair work was carried out timely (on the same day, and the serviceman Hugh came on time at 2 pm), masterfully, professionally, and the repair cost was reasonable (adhering to the initial estimate). The repair job was very well done. Beyond fixing the problem (one of the roller bearings was jammed and came off track), Hugh did a thorough job fixing a number of installation flaws left behind by our home builder, as well as lubing all the joints and spring coils. As a result of his work, the operation of our garage door is now better than when we first moved into this newly constructed house five years ago.

In the unfortunate event you find the need for a garage door repair company, this is it. I somehow broke my in-​laws garage door on the Saturday before Easter and frantically called around looking for someone that could come out the same day. Thankfully I came across On Track’s number and Wade was out within the hour.
They were quickly able to fix what appeared, to me, to be a major problem in minutes and for a very reasonable price. I would strongly recommend them to anyone in need.

My garage door would not work a few weeks ago and the unit needed to be replaced. It was so nice to speak to a person when I called rather then a machine. Wade came out the same day and the unit was replaced quickly. Reasonable price and professional. Would highly recommend !

I called On Track at 8:20 AM and Wade was here by 9:50 AM. My garage door would not close. I thought that I had checked the alignment of the sensors and the problem had to be a short or something. Wade pointed out right off the bat that someone had left the old sensors in when they installed the new ones so I was looking at the wrong one!!! He fixed the problem pronto. Very prompt and good service. I highly recommend.

OK, I have become a serious «Wade from On Track» fan! We are DIY folk, usually. One of the two torsion springs that help lift our massive garage door snapped about 2 years after we bought the house. We knew we should replace both and I ordered the springs online and in about 45 minutes we replaced both — EXCEPT I had ordered a good length but the wrong gauge of wire — not strong enough for our massive door! Called On Track (July 2014) and Wade came out the same day, had the springs he needed already at hand, did the job much faster than we had, and even replaced a frayed lift cable and a broken track-​guide wheel on one side for the price of the parts. In fact, when he tried the door he noticed something in the connector that he didn’t like and fixed that as well, then lubed the worm gear so that the door runs much more smoothly and quietly than I have ever heard it run! All this speed and good workmanship for a very reasonable labor cost over the price I’d have had to pay to order just the springs online, plus his work is guaranteed.
His truck setup is awesome — everything folds out of the sides like a firetruck, and he has his own swaging station and rolls of cable so he can custom-​build your lift cables right at the truck! A local treasure, Wade is, making On-​Track our go-​to company for garage doors and a solid «highly recommended!»

I called On-​Track Doors at 8:30 in the morning after my door sustained irrepairable damage the evening before. Spoke with Wade about my situation and he assured me that he would be at the house by 10 to assess the damage. He showed up on time and after discussing my options, assured me that my new garage door would be installed and working that same afternoon.
I would highly recommend Wade and On-​Track Doors to anyone in need of any type of repair to their garage door. They offer a fair price, an excellent product, and both Wade and his team are highly professional.

Torsion spring snapped on my garage door, I called several places for estimates, on track doors was the least expensive by over 50 dollars. Wade was the person who fixed my door, he is a very pleasant and very knowledgable in his craft. Springs were changed within an hour and my door works perfect. Thanks Wade, i will always use you guys and will always refer you guys to all my friends and family.
