Paul was very professional and helpful. He seemed to take a sincere interest in my problem, unlike so many other shops. The repair was done correctly the first time and I was welcome to come back if I had any other problems with my computer within a reasonable time. I did and Paul took care of it without any charge. I work as the IT director for a local, medium-​sized jewelry designer. I don’t know why this company isn’t more highly rated on here. I saw them through their google reviews which has a 28/​30, so I knew they were good. I was only in Cape Coral for a day, but when I contacted Greenwire, they fixed my computer in less than a few hours. What excellent service! Very personable, local, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and they obviously know what they’re doing. Greenwire does everything for computers. It’s definitely my IT service company of choice the next time I’m in Florida!
