I tried calling for a repair quote. The young man who answered the phone was less than courteous, then when I mentioned what I wanted fixed put me on hold rather than answer the question. When he returned to the phone about two minutes later it was «YEAH?» to which I restated my request. Took a bit to finally get a quote which was approximately $ 30 higher than the business I had called prior. I thanked him for the quote and before I had finished speaking he interjected with «mmm hmm. Bye bye» and hung up. I cannot comment on their actual ability to repair, as based on the phone conversation and pricing I shall be traveling elsewhere.

I brought a difficult task to Genius Computer Repairs & Service. I had an old computer that was running a DOS program (yes, I said DOS), and being I was running this DOS program I hadn’t been able update my computer in some time.
I asked him to build me a new computer; one that would run the dinosaur DOS program, as well as have much more memory, and speed. He did it! I have an amazing computer, running Windows 7 professional, 64-​bit operating system, and 8 GB of RAM… and still have my DOS program.
All of this for an amazing price AND done in just a couple days! Genius Computer Repair & Service comes HIGHLY recommended.
