Had service call and found circuit board failed. Replaced garage for opener and accesories in 2 hours. Great service.

This company started out well as others have said, very quick to come out. We had them out twice for 2 different issues. Basically, they replaced everything but my garage door. While we now have a functioning door, we also have a very loud noise that is made when we open the garage door that was not there previously. Unfortunately, because this company cannot diagnose the issue, this is where their customer service goes downhill. The technician, Scott was very professional and friendly and continued to try.
The problem comes from the woman that obviously runs this business, Pam. She became Very unresponsive once there were issues. She would make commitments to return calls and did not follow through.
Finally, we determined the only other option was to replace the weatherstripping on the door. Scott came out and again was professional. He told us it would be $ 79 for the part and an additional $ 126 for a service call.
I completely understand there has to be some charge for a service but considering the $ 800 already spent on this process, this amount seemed excessive.
I attempted contacting Pam once again and with no surprise to me, she once again, did not return the call.
As I stated earlier, very happy with the technician, but mamgement in this company needs some assistance

Well I am impress with their response for service of my garage door. I went to their web site filled out a short form, within 45minutes-​1 hour. I got a phone call. I explained my problem, within 90 minutes They arrived as stated. The technician was extremely polite. Explained the prices and the service. He was quick, thorough and answered all my questions. Plus gave options. Not sure if this was fluke or just a great company. Anyway I am a happy puppy.
