I booked cleaning for 3 rooms using a discount coupon. At booking they asked if I wanted to book additional rooms, treatments and upholstery cleaning. I said I didn’t think I was interested in anything additional. They told me if at the time of cleaning, I wanted to add any additional service, I could. The day of the cleaning, the cleaner again asked if I wanted additional rooms and upholstery. I again said I was not interested. Someone from their office then called me. He was extremely rude and said I had booked these additional services and they had set the time aside for the services. When I refused the additional services, they walked out and refused to do the work I had the coupon for.
