Cicis

We don’t have cici’s where I live so my sister and I always try to stop at one when we are traveling. It’s silly I know, but something about a cheap buffet and all you can eat pizza speaks to our souls. This place is getting five stars mostly because of the staff. They were SO FRIENDLY. I’m not used to that level of service especially at a chain restaurant but they were incredible. The food was also hot and tasty and you absolutely can’t beat the price. I really wish they would open some of these in the north!

A little late on my review for this place but still so memorable because it was that horrible of an experience. After being on vacation from a state that didn’t have a CiCis, and seeing many commercials for this place back home we decided to try it. Not only did we wait forever just to sit at a clean table, the food was so disgusting. The wings were cold and soggy and the pizza was like a cardboard box. Not only that, the entire back area of the place where the drinks and utensils were smelled like someone had thrown up. It was the dirtiest place I have ever been. Stay away!!!

Great value! Where can you go and get an AYCE for $ 5.99. I spend more than that at McDonald’s. The pizza is pretty good… everything is fresh and hot and the place looked clean. When I saw the chicken soup I didn’t think I’d like it because it had weird looking noodles in it, but I was pleasantly surprised. The salad bar was neat and fresh, but there was no cheese on it… cheese and egg would be a good addition. I can tell service is a priority there. The kid at the register took time to explain everything being that it was my first time there. The standout was Jesse, the manager, he went out of his way! Made me feel like I was his number one priority. Great customer service! I’d definitely give this place a try!!! I’m back at Cici’s (according to my last review it’s been 21 days). I think I’m enjoying it even more than last time! Jesse is here and he has informed me that you can have cheese for your salad… just ask. Jesse is a great manager, but his title should be manager/​performer because he puts on quite a show when they put a new pizza out on the bar. The kids love it… very entertaining! I think their cheese bread is absolutely delicious… tons of cheese and just the right consistency. I also love the flatbread veggie pizza! The place is pretty busy even though it’s a Tuesday night. The fella bussing tables is doing a good job keeping everything looking clean… that’s very important to me. Let’s not forget Kim and Gabbi. These girls worked the front line and they really take their job seriously. They both took their time telling me all the ingredients I could order on the special pizza I requested and they were just plain nice. They were super friendly! Overall, Cici’s is a great value!!!

Cicis pizza food wise is pretty meh.
This cicis has great management and good food (for cicis) very clean. Definitely one of the better cicis out there.

Never thought I would give cicis a high rating but this one particular location was just that good. The manager was so friendly. I wish the cicis by our house was this good!

This place is awesome! It’s clean, the pizza is great and they will make whatever you ask for. The manager Randy talks to all his employees with respect and stays on top of everything including helping clean and asking the patrons how there experience is. I was blown away at his enthusiasm and love for the job. Just an overall excellent experience. Thanks for a nice night out with my family

The manager Jesse at this Ci Ci’s is awesome! Great customer service. The pizza was hot and fresh and tasted delicious! All the food was great. The restaurant was clean and sanitary thanks to Chris. We will be coming here once a week!

It’s an all you can eat pizza buffet that offer salad, pasta, soup, and dessert for $ 5 dollars so you really can’t go wrong. I like the customer service there, but the pizza is bland, and nothing special. I went with my family who loves the place, and even though I don’t particularly fancy it I see why they do; even with the pizza having no taste, it’s not bad on your wallet and it will fill you up. The pizza was hot & freshly made at time of order so that’s also major, and that’s why I am scoring this place a 4; if the pizza had flavor I would give it a 5. I would recommend trying it, but personally I am going to stick to Little Caesars $ 5 dollar pizza.

I used to consider this place unsanitary and their service was questionable. However, since their remodel they’ve improved everything! They all really care about their jobs and provide excellent customer service. Very good and tasty pizza, and an amazing new atmosphere, as it should be.

The only Ci Cis I’ve ever been to where the employees seem to enjoy their jobs. They are friendly and do the funniest thing when they set a new pizza on the buffet. The food was great and the place was clean. The girl bussing the tables was on her job. Never letting an empty table stay dirty for more than 30 seconds or leaving your used dishes on the table. Five stars to this place for doing such a great job!

Awesome place! My boyfriends family and I come here often after church! We are regular customers. The staff are very friendly and they always make the pizza that you ask for. The manager is really cool! We live all the way out in Lehigh and we will drive all the way out to cape just to eat here!!! Love this place:)

Es ist zwar nur ein Fastfood bzw. all-​you-​can-​eat Restaurant aber wir kommen gerne zum Lunch hierher. Hier gibt es große Auswahl an Pizzen, die auch immer wieder sehr schnell auf dem SB Buffet nachgelegt werden. Das ist sehr gut, aber nicht in jeder Filiale der Fall. Hier gibt es auch Suppen, Pasta, Salate, Desert‘s usw. Bei der Pasta schmeckt nicht schlecht, manchmal ist sie etwas weich, aber das ist halt fertig gekochter Ware die warm steht so. Den Salat kann ich nicht unbedingt so Empfehlen, der sieht mitunter etwas welk aus, wenn man hier genau und richtig auswählt ist das dann aber auch in Ordnung. Die Desert’s kann ich in jedem falle Empfehlen, aber hier die Geschmäcker bestimmt sehr Unterschiedlich. Wenn man jetzt vielleicht von Seiten des Betreibers noch Stärker auf Ordnung achten würde wäre das hier sogar eine sehr gute Adresse. Aber wie gesagt, für den normalen guten Durchschnitt ist das hier schon o.k.

Well if anyone has read my reviews they know that I am not a fan of chains. But in this case I must give CiCi their props.
I needed to break a $ 20 bill and I was driving by this mall. So a $ 5 buffet called to me. I had very low expectations. But I left full and happy.
It was a Friday 1130 AM… When I entered I was greeted loudly by Randy. (I assume the manager) Looked around sparse with folks 4 – 5 but very clean and organized. Randy ask for my favorite pizza (pepperoni & mushroom). But At a buffet I sample everything. What a surprise the pizza was good. Pasta… red & white sauce better than Olive garden. Dessert a cheese style pizza, brownies and apple strudel pizza.
Salad bar though small everything fresh and tasty. Plus a semi spicy pasta salad. Better than what I have tasted at the local deli.
Still not a fan of chain restaurants’ but The quality, freshness and taste for the low price is outstanding.
I must also say ALL the staff were friendly & helpful.
They even made a pepperoni & mushroom delivering 2 slices to my table.

Yuck, yuck, yuck! This place is filthy!
I went with my husband and a few friends. Maybe it’s just this particular franchise, but the floor was cruddy and looked liked it hadn’t been mopped in days, food all over the floor. The tables and chairs were strewn about in no particular order, and the buffet itself looked like the Tazmanian Devil attacked it. There were 2 staff members standing around doing nothing while texting on their phones.
I choked down a few bites of some cold pizza, but I was so disgusted that I lost my appetite. I’d happily give another Cici’s a go, just not this one!
