The Café, Coralwood Mall, Cape Coral, FL., Here is my 2 cents on the food and some chit chat. I find the food is fabulous american cuisine. They are best known for their ruben. They do not advertise .It is done by word of mouth. This time around I had the french dip meal. Which includes 2 sides. about 7.95 The roast beef was sliced thin and served as it should be medium rare. It roll was fresh and soft. The au jus was a plenty flavorful, but for me a bit salty. I do not add salt to my food. So this is just my quirkiness. Cole Slaw. Made in house. The cabbage was fresh and crunchy. Dressing smooth. A bit sweet a bit sour. Oh so good. The best around. My fries were crisp and hot yet tasting of potatoes. All items are made on premise. The egg salad in not made until you order it. They are only open for breakfast and lunch. Closing at 2PM. Service is quick and delightful… Another hidden gem of the Coma in plain site.

I ordered the meat lovers omelette which was good. I also order a side of pancakes which I wish I didn’t. I had better pancakes and a piece of plastic wrapper was found in mine. Home fries are so-so but the prices was reasonable.

Also alles in allen kann man sagen, hier bekommt man gute Qualität zum günstigen Preis, was will man mehr.

Pleasant servers. Food was very bland, no seasoning and very little flavor. Kids wouldn’t even eat the chicken fingers and wanted to leave. Overall, very disappointed.

Been going to the Café since we moved here 8 years ago. We can get in, get served and get out before we would even see a waitress at Perkins or Bob Evans. Best breakfast in town.

Always my go-to place for breakfast when I visit Cape Coral. The omelettes are always tasty and filled with fresh ingredients. And the grits are great too… order ‘em cheesy! The service is always friendly and great. Coffee is refilled often and waitresses enjoy flirting with my 87 year old dad. If you’re looking for a great breakfast, or lunch, head over to the Coralwood Shopping Center and check out The Cafè.

IT’s the little things that get me. In this case while everything was fine and the food was good I was bugged by the price of adding cheese to my omelet. I felt $ 1.50 was about .50-$ 1 too much. Other than that I had a good breakfast with good service and I would return.

Meat was super greasy(sausage and bacon)! Pancakes were blah and syrup was grossly sweet… even the kids thought it was too sweet.

Awesome for breakfast, the bacon is always wonderful AND biscuit and gravy is too. Close to the house so sometimes we get that and makes the wows at home. It’s really a cute place with fast service and great short order kitchen for breakfast and lunch.

Family dining. Reasonable prices. Friendly staff. Long time Cape presence. Comfortable and clean atmosphere. Similar menu to a Chicago Greek restaurant.

not bad. not great. two of us got breakfast(no coffee) for about 12 bucks. a real breakfast too, with hashbrowns, bacon, eggs. just unfortunate that there was no real flavor to be had anywhere. This marks the first time I have ever been asked how I want my hashbrowns – crispy or soft?
