Angry Tomato

Great tasting food made with fresh ingredients. If you like sandwiches I would recommend giving the Angry Tomato a chance. Prices are very competitive and the quality is better than the competition.

Good, fast. Lots of choices. The roast beef was rare. The South Beach Salad was fresh with plenty of cranberries and nuts. With a wonderful pear dressing.

Anyone interested in healthy fast food should definitely give it a shot. For less than the price of a McDonald’s meal you get the same amount of food, better taste, amd a fraction of the calories. Love it.

Wasn’t easy to find, but it was worth it. Fresh, good tasting food that has GLUTEN FREE wraps. What a treat to be able to get something besides a salad when I eat out!

The food was fresh and tasty, however, there is only one guy behind the counter and the service is slow. If you are really hungry, it might be a problem as once we ordered our sandwiches, it took 20 minutes for them to come out. The sandwiches are not served with anything, so if you want chips, it is separate. It is a great little place, but a bit on the pricey side.

Well here is my 2 cents on the food and chit chat combine. First I must say the food it is healthy. Taste is fine. But beside lightening your waist size … it lightens your wallet. It does not really fills up a John Wayne– Man size –belly. This is a place for chicks and those on a DIEt. (you know DIE from starvation).
I had the Sriracha Banh Mi… It is a wannabe copy of a vietnamese sandwich called a Banh. The real version it has pork or chicken, bean sprouts, cilantro and NO sunflowers seeds. Plus it is on a french banquette. As of this writing this sandwich cost me 8.00 bucks. My last Banh 3 years ago in Oakland, Ca at a real Vietnamese eatery my bill was 5 bucks. Now I must admit it was a good sandwich. Not as spicy as the real deal. But for Floridians it is fine.
Now being a real man with a real appetite and a frugal individual, it just does not cut it. To fill my hunger for 3 days for 2 dollars more. I can get what they call a blockbuster with roast beef, turkey, ham & cheese. It is on a bread 18 inches long with the meat 2 inches thick (yes I measured it) Along with dragging it through the garden included. Plus mustard, oil etc. on top.. Now being on a DIEt you can customize it and cut down the calories. But for a few dollar more I can feed 2 friends or have lunch for 3 more days.
The folks here are great the ingredients are excellent. I am sorry my stomach and wallet rules.
So chicks this is a place for you all.

Fresh, delicious salad and sandwiches. Owner and staff were friendly, prices were exelent for the high quality of the food. Will definantly return.

I love coming here!!! I have been here several times and each time evertything is fresh and tasty! The owners are generous and aim to please. Would highly recommend and will certainly be back!

Wow… I had hot Italian sub and it was off the charts good! The bread was like fresh out of the oven. They said it comes fresh every morning from a local bakery. Also, the day I was there They had 4 generations working. Grandma, Mom, Son, and Grandson. Something to be said for family run businesses. I would highly recommend this for lunch.

Went for lunch it was wonderful! The food was fresh and delicious. The staff was friendly and it was very clean. I will be back and hope everyone will check it out. Btw they deliver.

Had the roast beef sandwich. My friend had a salad with strawberries, feta, and pecans, with a strawberry vinaigrette dressing. Both were tasty. The owner gave us a sample of the frozen bananas he was making, which was very nice. The ingredients were fresh. The portions and presentation were good. A nice local place for breakfast and lunch.

Love it! Had the BLT salad, and it’s so good! Love the homemade horseradish dressing!

I had the hot quinoa wrap and it was fresh! It comes with this Asian sauce that is just right for the flavoring. The wrap also can be served cold. I’ve also had it and I like it both ways. The menu is priced right and there are vegetarian options.
I will be eating here again.
