Go there every week to mail papers for a company I work for. They know me on a first name basis and are very helpful. I even left my company credit card there once and called the bank and then my company to find me to return it. Much faster and pleasant and cheaper than using US postal.

I went here many years ago, 16, and the manager insulted me! I have steered clear of this place…16 years later I’m looking for places/reviews to send my package out of state… I see one bad review and I refuse to go back for another 16! I live the closest to Camelot Isles but I will travel far for good customer service, I have respect for myself. Thank you PS I told a friend years ago what happened(the conversation that went wrong), the manager was a total wise guy who spoke to her the exact same way! This was around the same time frame when I did business there… not anymore! Proceed with caution when entering this store!

Yes, this place is the worst. I went here today to have 1 sheet printed off my usb drive. I needed to sign it then have it scanned back into a digital file so I could email it off. I did this last year at a library in San Francisco and it cost me all of $ 0.10. That’s ten cents. One tenth of one dollar. Cheap! Here I am in Florida and I again have this pretty mundane task(by 2013 standards). So they(this atrocious business) print off my form from my usb thumb drive. What would one reasonably expect that to cost? $ 0.15? $ 0.25? A quarter would be a rip-off but hey, I’m not sure there’s a library in Florida with a scanner so this is a one stop shop convenience charge as far as I’m concerned. Nope! $ 1.05PLUS tax. Poor me, I hadn’t the foggiest inclination at this point as I proceeded to sign my form and have the gal input my email address. It gets sent to my email and I get zinged ANOTHER $ 1.05 plus tax. So I get ripped off to the tune of $ 2.24 as a final tally(JUST to print one piece of paper and scan said piece of paper). Think about this, sending an email is free. Printing a piece of paper is pennies. The piece of paper is also pennies. Had I spent a second to cogently process what reasonable course of action should be taken, I would have thrown $ 0.30 on the counter and politely told her to go and fuck herself(counter lady). Instead I thought«I’m getting ripped off here but there isn’t anything I can do about it now.» But let’s be honest, I am pissed! Okay, now seriously overcharging your customer is enough to chase away business, but to compound it with stupid and incompetent staff is the holy grail of bad business. So to round out one of the most horrible retail experiences of my life, I hand the gal a five dollar bill and afterwards pull the $ 0.24 out of my pocket. Mind you, she’d only just opened the register and hadn’t even touched any cash yet(other than my $ 5). She said«sorry, I already entered it, I can’t take your change». What?!? Girl, just give me the $ 3. She obstinately refused to take the change. Her manager had to say something to the effect of(if he’s giving you exact change, take it and give him dollar bills back). I guess manager lady has no idea her employee can’t count. Okay. But the ferocious face on the peon is what took the cake. She didn’t say a single word to me after that and scowled while handing over the $ 3. She was angry at me? Really? Like I wasn’t the one who got severely overcharged and couldn’t even pay in change. Anyway, this is a terribly run business from a consumer’s standpoint. They overcharge and the staff is uncomfortable around math and reason. If you go here, wear comfortable clothes as they will bend you over.
