I have made a couple of purchase and the experience was quite pleasant since they were just simple transactions without involving the management. This month, I went back to purchase a wallet. The sales associate that I used to deal with was kind and nice and informed me that they were going to have a private-sale event a week later and certain items would be on discount of 30% off. She showed me 4 handbags in different colors but same style. Basically, if I’d like to buy any of them, I simply just needed to fill out a form and pay $ 15 for shipping. They would ship the purse that I chose to me. Very simple concept and process. After providing the required information, such as credit card, shipping address, contact phone number, I asked the store to give us some sort of the proof indicating the purchase and the amount. I was told that nothing would be given to me. It was their usual practice. I believed in the sales associate since this was not the first time I purchased merchandise from her. But it was a huge mistake. A week later, I called to the store to get an update on my purchase. Ms. May Vue who was the store manager told me the shipment already went out with signature required delivery confirmation. I asked her for the tracking information. She refused to give it to me by saying it was against their policy. I had no idea what she was talking about and when in the hell that tracking information became a top secret. After explaining to her that I probably had to contact the carrier since during the weekdays that nobody would be home to sign for the receipt of the shipment. After telling her to show me the policy that I was not informed at the time. After telling her that I paid for the shipping and I was entitled to have the tracking number. Finally, she gave me the tracking information acting like she’s doing me a favor. When the package came, I was very happy. When I opened the package, I found a black wallet which I didn’t buy in the package. When I checked the receipt that came with the package, not only they charged me for the black wallet but also I was overcharged for the purse. I immediately called the store and was connected to May again. I told her what happened. For the black wallet, she simply just said ‘the assistant manager accidentally rang it up.’ For the purse, in the beginning she denied that they ever carried a purse in that price range. After talking to her sales associate, she came back and told me ‘yeah, we did have that one when you came in. We only had one and it was sold out afterwards.’ And she insisted that the purse that they shipped to me was the one I wanted. Of course it became ‘she says, I say.’ She agreed to take the whole thing back and gave me a full refund. The nightmare didn’t stop there. For the return, she said she was going to mail me an empty return box but it also required signature. I told her nobody would be home to sign for an empty return box. I told her to email me the return label like 99.99% of the merchants would do for the return in the States. Then, she sent me a photo copy of a physical shipping label. In the photo, the shipping label was not depicted in portion and both sides of the label were curling inwardly. She also said in the email ‘please let me know if the carrier would be able to scan it.’ I thought I was in a prank show or something similar to it. No joking. After 3 or 4 emails back and forth, she sent her assistant manager to come to pick the merchandise up. From the beginning to the end, there’s no apology from her. I needed to fight and reason with her for every step. Bottega Venetta is a global luxury brand. Just because it is an outlet store, the customer service and satisfaction should also be discounted? I doubt that. I sincerely hope my experience would be just an independent incident. Just watch out when you deal with this store manager. Her mindset does not match her capacity at all.

I don’t know if I lucked upon an unusual day, but I arrived on a day where all the men’s clothing was 60% off the outlet prices. I got a blazer, pants, and an amazing button down for $ 700, saving probably around 75% off retail. They even had normal people sizes! Bags appeared to be priced well, and the staff were courteous/helpful. I pieced together an outfit and when I came out of the dressing room one of the sales girls shrieked«OHMYGOD I LOVETHAT!» like she had never seen it before. I felt like I got the true Bottega experience at a fraction of the price. I just wish they gave out real Bottega garment bags, which are sturdy and beautiful. They give out plastic ones like your local dry cleaner instead.

Yes… Its Blck Friday sale. I am so disappointed that the staff didnt seem to keep a close eye on the line thats being formed. When I began to line up were already occupied the area of Fendi and were told to to change the the direction of the line go towards Loro Piana. Suddenly there are people who began to cut from the side of Fendi. Shortly staff and security guards came out getting mad to form one single line. I find it so ironic that those waited shorter than I went in already. I have been to Gucci sale overseas and tip give numbers to your coustomers, call inorder of number. Another, limit the time of the customers spent inside the store. This is such a disappointment. Please come up with a better solution to accomodate your customers. What I found even dumber was that their staff watching the doors had the never to tell me it was not right I had called the those that were cutting in line out Really stupid move.

I love Couture, hate paying retail for it. The outlets are therefore PERFECT for me. This is one of the few spaces that does not get lines out the door which I appreciate. Service is fantastic and in the back area is where the deals are at(75% off) Bottega Veneta can be a bit one sided, but for simple and elegant accents such as belts and handbags, they are perfect. The woven leather sandles are comfy but run a bit small, I have managed to score shoes for under $ 200, nothing else has popped out to me as a must have so far, still enjoy stopping by every time.

One of the many stores at DESERTPREMIUMOUTLETS. The Security/“Bouncer”/Door Guy in the front was annoying, gesturing wildly like a mime. I guess they don’t get paid to actually speak to people? Also I found the overall style of the clothing and bags to be very old-lady-ish… sorry.
