I use to work at a few other Circle K locations thru a few years time and this is the first location where I’ve encountered the worst most under stocked, dirty and by far the worst customer service ever. They, also, have a quick turn around of employees, so everytime I come in, anytime of day, there it’s always another new CSR and that says a lot about who they’re hiring and who ever it’s doing the hiring. Earlier this evening one of their new CSR’S wasn’t doing anything, but standing behind the counter looking off into space, with a disgusted look on her face. There is always something that needs to be done during you’re shift. There is never a moment to just stand there, except on your break. When a gentleman came up to check out. She also had a very bad attitude when speaking to the him, all the other customers, including me, and when she was asked questions by someone, her answer everytime was«I DON’T KNOW», with an eye roll at the end. I’m certainly taking my business elsewhere and am going to make sure the manger knows how his customers are being treated. If that fails then I will contact the GM to suggest that there needs to be a stronger hiring process put into place and let him know how his store it’s being ran.
