First of all, let me say that they have closed their kitchen. They do Ice Cream, Hot Dogs, and what they call a cheese burger dog(and fries). The food was really good. I mean, the fries were the best I have eaten it at least a month, I manage to score quite a few fries. The cheese burger dog, is well, hamburger that is decked out like a hot dog(mustard, ketchup, pickle relish) and served on a hotdog bun. The hotdogs themselves are the Nathans dogs which are really good. The ice cream itself is ok, nothing special. Not bad ice cream, but certainly not like home made, or store made, or anything like that. It is just ice cream. The lady behind the counter was really friendly, and really wanted everything to be good. So why did they lose two points? Well, the had some kind of candles, air freshener or something that was really strong … think Yankee Candle shop, or Bath and Body works kind of place … going that just killed my sinuses, stopped up my nose, and caused my allergies to kick into overtime. This really detracted. We moved to a table closer to the door, but that did not help. It was so bad that we had to shower, and change clothes when we got home just to clear the air. The place is cool other than that, and is real near an awesome state park that is worth going to if you happen to be in the area. Even if you are just driving through some day, stop by the park and go through the museum, or better yet, pick up something for a picnic and enjoy the out of doors.

Very friendly staff and fast service. We got to sample several flavors too. The ice cream is delicious and the serving size is generous. Everything is clean and will taken care of. Highly recommend it!

Delicious little gem of an ice cream shop along 75. The mint chip was on point. They have tons of flavors to choose from as well as soft serve, gelato, and sherbet options so it’s a good sweet treat stop no matter what you’re craving. Four stars only because the staff was not very pleasant. But the ice cream is worth it.

Situated just up the Bushnell exit of I-75(exit 314) on the east side. Just past the Walmart on the north side of the road. Serves fast food(i.e. Hamburgers and hot dogs, subs, etc). But we had our granddaughter with us, so it was the ice cream side of the place that drew our attention. I had a soft vanilla ice cream waffle cone that took me back to my childhood in northern New Jersey and Carvels Ice Cream. Ahh. memories. My wife had a pumpkin ice cream and thought it great. Our granddaughter, age 10, got a cup of Cotton Candy Ice cream. It came out with the cotton candy ice cream on the bottom and actual cotton candy on the top. If her grin was any bigger, you would have seen it from the back of her head. The hamburgers look good, the service appears to be quick. They took pride in their place and food. Price: fairly reasonable. My granddaughter sang all the way back to Tampa in the car. Going back: Yupp, probably in about a week.

It’s a good little ice cream shop. Prices are reasonable. Staff is less than friendly, but courteous. If you’re lucky enough to walk in when the owner’s around you’re in for a treat. He’s a real character. Funny and quirky. Some weekends they have a local band playing outside. The ambiance inside is lacking and the store is crowded with an odd assortment of chotchkes for sale, but it’s just an ice cream shop. My daughter’s pre-k class had a behind-the-scenes tour there a few years back and the kitchen and back of the counter were clean. I recommend the salted caramel ice cream in the fresh-made ice cream cones.

Awesome ice cream… Free wifi and the banana bowl is awesome, you can even pick your own ice cream and toppings.
