Amazed at how reasonably priced BGE home services are. They came out to replace a faulty circuit board on my furnace. No lengthy delays in getting an appointment or to get the part, and they showed up on time. Both of the technicians were friendly, helpful and courteous. Best of all, the cost for the repair was more than $ 400 less than what another company tried to charge me. Highly recommended.

Repair appointment for air conditioning system given for «between 12:00 an 5:00 PM». The technician, Jay, called at 5:15 to say he was on the way.
Jay found the problem within 20 minutes of starting work. Part replaced and testing out roughly ½ hour later. Worked fine. Cost was less than $ 200 with parts and labor. Pretty good for a 10 year old apartment package.
