Rip off! They rent used instruments for over 200% the retail values of brand new ones. Do your homework people.

If I could give this place zero stars. Avoid at all costs — there are smaller repair shops thoughout the city that will give your instrument the time and quality care it deserves.

I arrived before the store opened and was promptly helped with my Sons flute. Chris @ the counter gave me a loaner flute till ours get fixed. Great store and attentive staff!

We came here for a clarinet for my son, and the people here were so helpful and friendly. We had lots of questions which they took the time to answer. I will definitely be back for any further items my son needs for band.

My daughter plays clarinet. This is our go-to place for supplies and maintenance. The location is a little off the path but certainly worth it. The store has a lot to offer. The staff is extremely friendly and willing to work with you.

This place rules. I decided to join a community band after not playing my clarinet since my senior year of high school in 2001 at good olé’ Radford High School in Radford, Virginia. It’s a plastic Yamaha that has been to hell and back through 5 years of marching band/band camp and all kinds of other unspeakable abuse so to say it needed a complete overhaul was an understatement. On my first visit, I only bought reeds and marching gear: a flip folder and lyre. I brought the clarinet in to be fixed a couple weeks later. They called me a few days later with an estimate which I approved and found to be very reasonable considering what all needed to be done. I also bought some cork grease and a rubber thumb rest. So a couple weeks later(maybe not even that long) it was ready to be picked up and looked beautiful and played well. I need to make another trip soon because there’s some other things I need. I’m a huge former band nerd so I’m really in my element in music stores. It’s nice to know there are more of us out there after being out of the musical loop for so long. I may need to take a few lessons to get back up to speed because I pretty much suck compared to my bandmates who played in college and beyond, some of which are music majors. I love musicians though, they are the best people.
