My husband and I like Kohler products. So when we decided to buy a vanity, vanity top, and faucets for the vanity and bathtub, we visited the Burr Ridge store. Jennifer was the only person available to help so we waited. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. We ordered a beautiful vanity and vanity top that were made of glass. Looking forward to install all products.

Just walked out of this store after wandering around for 15 minutes without being greeted or asked if I needed and help. 2 salespeople stood behind a counter and were typing on their computers. Another couple was sitting at the table looking through fb books. I guess I will make my purchase elsewhere since they obviously don’t need my business.

Katherine Kruzel completely transformed our small, outdated bathroom into a beautifully innovated space by maximizing every square inch with amazing Kohler products. Her plans and product choices completely matched our home’s overall look. After some inital contractor problems, Katherine helped us locate Robert Schaffer from Schaffer Construction. He and his crew were able to step in quickly to complete our project. We couldn’t be happier with the results!

I was very pleased with the design consulting I received from Kathy Kruzel at the Kohler Store for my master bath remodel. She very quickly understood the look and feel I was going for from pictures I brought in at our first meeting and offered up great suggestions for tile, fixtures and accessories. She came out to the house several times to take measurements and provide paint samples, was savvy about helping me balance the wants and needs of my budget and always promptly answered my emails. Kathy also helped guarantee the success of the project by recommending an excellent remodeler, who did an amazing job installing the electric, ventilation, plumbing and lighting. Best of all was their seamless tile work that made the finished bathroom look like a million bucks. I highly recommend Kathy to anyone looking for a hands-​on design professional with a great eye who is also very easy and pleasant to work with.
