New Spaces

I would not recommend New Spaces because my experience with them was sub-​par. At first it was all bells and whistles… and then the project dragged on. After 4 months of being passed around to 3 different designers, we still have no set design in place and no budget has been broken out. Their communication is terrible. I would email a question and would never receive a response. I would then call and receive yet another apology about the timing. And then still wouldn’t receive an answer to any of my questions.
They may be good at what they do… but I wouldn’t know because we never really got to that point after 4 months of waiting. If you want your project to drag on with literally nothing happening and no communication and not really feeling special, then by all means, use them.

High quality, high character. They are not inexpensive and their subcontractors are first rate. We would use them again in a heartbeat.
