Store has a wider toy selection than Target or Wal-Mart. Much improved. Make sure the night shift and weekends are as presentable as during the weekday.

Help. I try and avoid going here at all costs. Just not a fan. Its not maintained well in my opinion, the only cash register ever open is the courtesy desk, and there is always some kind of problem with gift receipts not printing. Stay away at all costs.

Since the last review, TRU Burlington has remodeled yet again. They now offer a more extensive food section, which is a huge bonus when your little one is eating baby food and you want to try out new brands and snacks. We went here to purchase the lion’s share of our Christmas toys and I can’t complain about the selection. The place was stocked to the gills on everything we were looking for, with one exception. We were looking for a Dora backpack and the pickens were slim. We asked an associate if there were any in the back, he scanned the empty peg, said there was and returned with a box of them fresh in the wrapping. We snapped up «the» Dora backpack(with the Map in the pocket) and our LO is thrilled. The cashiers are all minimum wage types who don’t seem to understand anything the first time you say it; I had one big order not rung up with my Rewards card and it was a hassle to get it applied after the fact. So I dock a star for their lazy attitudes and the fact that the store regularly closes at 9(by the time the bedtime routine is over I can never make it there for a kid supply emergency). But, it IS convenient to not have to run to Cherry Hill every time you need something for a registry! In my book that’s a huge plus.

Oh please. It was bad before, but now they’ve ‘jiggled’ the store around to become some kind of maze. Even the people who work there can’t find anything. The computer says it’s in stock? NOPE. Not there. At Christmas, you might as well sell your soul to the highest bidder. You’re going in there… take a lunch. And dinner. And your passport. You know it’s bad when a kid that has a gift card burning a hole in his pocket can’t find a toy he wants to buy. Could we have some stock in here please? And a map/trail of breadcrumbs/GPS unit? That said, if you need a plastic outdoor toy, or are feeling like you want to ‘work the sale’, you can get a good deal. OR, check the clearance. I can’t argue with 10 pairs of kids undies for 89 cents. Or a pair of leather slippers with faux fur lining for $ 2 for the princess. OK!
