I took my mom because she had a question about the phone she had just gotten and also needed a new case. not only were we ignored but the young girl at the desk told us she was too busy to help us (yea busy talking to coworkers about her personal life)

I have had several experiences in this store since before it was renovated last fall (2014) and all have been great. The most recent was last night when my Uncle and I went in to pick up a SIM card for a new unlocked phone I received as a gift. The fella who greeted us was Joel Perez and he was an asst manager from his nametag. He was extremely friendly and very helpful. Will come back and visit this store any time I need face-​to-​face T-​Mobile support. Keep up the good customer service Joel!

I went to Tmoblie a couple weeks ago. I was greeted right away by Dave, the dude with the rad glasses. No waiting, no pressure, no ambiguity. Dave explained everything to me in layman’s terms, which was beyond helpful because I am in No Way tech savy. I got a great deal and a great phone in minutes. THANKS Dave, you’re the man.

Great service. After I unlocked my phone I stopped by to switch out phones on a current T-​Mobile line; I had an iPhone I wanted to use in place of the pre-​historic non-​smartphone I had been using. I was helped quickly and the job was done in 5 minutes; fast and polite service. Good experience.

Great location! They always have super helpful employees. Also, they never seem to be short on staff which is a huge plus. With T-Mobile’s recent reforms and with the store being in the mall, it’s always busy. But it’s worth the wait and they always get the job done!

I came here several times and the staff there are always helpful. I only deducted a star because everytime i go there, the staff memebers would chit chat about their personal lives while helping me. As long as it gets done, I don’t really care, but to hear that so-​and-​so is doing whatever with whats-​his-​face, while I’m asking for my info, seem kind of unprofessional.
