Came in while traveling to do some work on my laptop. Sat at a nice large table by the window, used the free WIFI, and got a lot done. It was a good productive space and I would highly recommend it.

Great coffee, efficient service. The staff is very friendly. Unfortunate that almost every seat is occupied by somebody who turned the coffee shop into their primary office. My new favorite is latte macchiato.

Nice service; those people are super friendly. I don’t go here much but when I do, I always have a nice conversation with the baristas! :) good job!!!

Starbucks is fine in an airline terminal or at a truck stop on the New Jersey turnpike, but with all the amazing coffee shops in this town it would be a shame to waste your time on a cup of generic, GMO coffee roasted hundreds of miles away weeks ago.

not much to say about a busy mall Starbucks. I do have to say that it was incredibly busy and seemed a little disorganized. It was crowded but I expect that for a mall coffee shop. I would go there again if I was ever in a pinch for mall coffee but there was nothing keeping my attention.

This location was SO busy but the staff was friendly and the barista, despite having a huge amount of drinks to make, had a smile on her face the whole time. It’s so refreshing to see coffee house employees that seem to enjoy work and their customers! Despite being busy, they were efficient and I didn’t have to wait long for my drink.

It’s Starbucks, to me the lattes and machiatos(sp) I’ve gotten here taste really good, but I am no coffee conniseur. I love the consistent kindness of the employees. They are always so nice and not in a canned mechanical, necessary hospitality way. The employees everyday kindness and the boost of tasty caffeine seriously makes my day better every day. They are really exceptional.

Please! Don’t hate me for reviewing a Starbucks in Burlington, Vermont! I really wanted to go to Uncommon Grounds across the Church St. pedestrian mall, but only ‘Bucks was open on New Year’s Day. I do have to give this Starbucks props for having better-than-average baristas who actually seem stoked to work in a coffee shop and who care to engage with their customers, which is a refreshing change from most Starbucks. I always feel bad for frequenting Starbucks(even though I have an unabashed enjoyment of their espresso drinks) when there are many other local options in the area, but go ahead and indulge in Starbucks if that’s what you want… or if the local guys are closed. A-OK means you’ll get the Starbucks you came for at the price you’re probably already expecting. They have a lot of space and ample seating, plus the oven-warmed food and the full cadre of snacks. Easy to access from either inside the Burlington Town Center or via the pedestrian mall exterior entrance. Easy, quick, consistent — just like Starbucks should be… but I’d be remiss not to remind you of the myriad other locally-owned coffee and tea shops within close proximity to this Starbucks outpost. But, if you’re just dying for your real-deal Frappuccino or quad Venti Caramel Brulee latte, and you need more stars on your Starbucks Gold Card, you won’t be disappointed.

This is Starbucks. If you haven’t been to one, you’re better off trying a different one. I used to sit at this one while waiting for the bus, and it’s far from my favorite Starbucks. It’s usually crowded and even when it’s not it’s slower than most. The prices are on par with every other Starbucks. I also feel that the staff isn’t as friendly as the one in South Burlington. I don’t know. I like Starbucks alright, but I just don’t like this one.

Went here after dinner with kids. Is it expensive YES. Is it better than other coffee places, sometime yes sometime no. The things I like about Starbucks are if you are not happy with your order they will give you something else(try that some places). The staff is almost always great, no exception here. Kids wanted Hot Chocolate ok, they had a Mint one, but how do u know if you are gonna like it, ask for a taste. Barista was very accommodating. Yes it was not crowded but it was nice of him anyway. Thanks Mr. Barista dude way to go.

I’m not typically attracted to over-priced coffee, but I admit this Starbucks seems worth the extra. Why? I mean really, the coffee is the same everywhere: expensive. The food choices, basically clones of each other in every corner of the planet. What’s so great about this Starbucks? I gotta say, the baristas and the counter service is AWESOME. The people who work here, not sure what’s happening here(maybe they get paid in chocolate?), but they all seem very happy to serve me. Every time! I also noted this level of friendliness with EVERY patron who came in after me while I sipped my paycheck-denting caffe mocha. These people EARN their tips. In just about any other Starbucks I’ve been to the service has been just«service». But the folks here are warm, funny and so happy I came in. Yeah I’ll keep coming back. Oh and the coffee… yes I will complain about the price but admittedly it’s pretty darn good every time I order and sip it. Consistency seems to be the thing Starbucks has figured out with the products they serve here. They get an A for that one.

Starbucks can cost one pretty penny sometimes. Saturday morning it was DEAD! I mean I could understand it was Saint Patties day and people had been out to the bars at 8am! But not me… Still far to early for me so I came here. I ended up ordering a peppermint mocha! And it was great. Pretty well mixed and tasted great. The staff here was also pretty helpful at moving the line along. It’s not saying much because it wasn’t that big of a line. Still they did a great job. They all seemed happy to help you and didn’t make you feel rushed. A medium peppermint mocha will run for $ 5.05. Thats with tax and everything. Again you come to Starbucks knowing you will be paying a higher premium for their products, This is not DD folks! So over all it was good. I have been to many locations over the past few years. From Boston and all over. This location isn’t anything special but they didn’t disappoint either! If you want Starbucks this is the only one in this area that you can walk too. So check em’ out!

Poor Starbucks, always getting a bad rap from the die hard independent coffee shop lovers! Well, I agree that their baked goods are just ok, but I really like their coffee. It is CONSISTENT and I always know how my soy latte will taste and how hot it will be. Some of the other coffee places in Burlington could win me over if they didn’t make weak espresso and scald my milk every time, and if they employed pleasant staff. Also, the Starbucks staff is so friendly and makes me feel welcome, which is how customer service should be.

One of the better Starbucks I’ve been to. Staff is always friendly, even when the store is crowded. They pay attention to detail with drink orders, and manage to make the right drinks despite the amount of volume that this store sees. Every time I sit here to do work I see someone go around and clean off tables. Great place to get coffee on the go or sit and do some work.

It’s Starbucks. Fairly busy Starbucks in Burlington’s town center. They were quick and efficient. They do have various seating options(bar stools to small tables). The place around the counter where they put your order is also pretty spacious — it makes it easy to go get your drink when its ready.
The one thing I noticed was they don’t shout out the full names of the drink so much — that’s always the best part.

The staff are amazing and always know what I want, and a coffee here is ALWAYS consistent, which is much more than I can say about ANY other place in Burlington. The other local places keep their coffee in pots for hours so it’s NEVER hot, and a coffee costs MORE at the other places than it does at Starbucks. No local place comes close to the quality that Starbucks has.

Burlington doesn’t need corporate coffee. As far as corporations go, Starbucks is good, but why set up a tourist trap like this when we have so many good local coffee shops?
