Ok so I went there today to change a watch battery but almost didn’t because of the reviews. An AT&T store employee vouched for them and said they had done a fine job on his watch awhile back. So I decided to try them out and I’m glad I did. I think they have new mgt because both employees were friendly and funny. John and Dahlia were great! They changed the battery quickly and even updated my time and date on the watch. Definitely give them a second chance!

I wish I could give this store 0 stars. I had batteries replaced on two of my watches and was promised that if I paid $ 25/watch, they would make sure that the watches would remain to be waterproof. Well, the first watch got water in it within 2 days and for the second watch, the back of the watch wasn’t even on properly, which resulted in water seeping in. Don’t ever go to this store. They’re a bunch of crooks.

Was sent from Tourneau to this store to change a watch band on a brand new watch from a metal band to a leather band I already had. It’s quite apparent they did not have the correct tools to make this repair. Instead of telling me this the wrecked my watch. I came back to find the watched scratched and the hex nut screws that hold the watch band stripped and sharp. I now need to find a way to fix the scratch and order new band attachment screws from Nixon. This is not a professional watch repair center and you can find much better. Tourneau should be more careful than to recommend such a poor quality repair center to their customers.

This was so bad that I am writing this again To the store manager in burlington mall(12÷23÷14) — thanks for being an as***le To anyone reading this — no matter how desperate you are, don’t get any service from this store. There are other alternatives right in this mall. We went to get some links in the watch removed. Not only did he mess up the whole links(breaking one connector), he didn’t accept his mistake despite his colleague also telling him he messed up and to add to all this drama, he was rude as hell. At the end,(despite the broken connectors), our watch ended up with three links on one and six links on the other. Absolute worst service ever

Complete frauds and incompetent. I took two of my husband’s watches to get batteries replaced– a man, whom I believe is the manager, said it would be 65 five dollars for the Michael Kors watch and 45 for the Diesel watch. I am not familiar with pricing for battery replacement, but it seemed high to me. However, my husband really needed to be able use his watches, so I said fine. I was told it would take an hour– that seemed odd too, but I wasn’t in a hurry, so fine. I came back after the allotted time, and the manager, who was then waiting on an elderly woman, asked me to wait a minute in poor American Spanish– it was pathetic– oh! And I’m not Latina, I’m Middle Eastern, by the way. In the end he said he couldn’t get the back off one watch and a screw was missing from the other, so he didn’t replace either battery. It was a blessing in disguise. I went to a reputable jeweler, he replaced both batteries in less than ten minutes for thirty dollars total, replaced the screw, which was not missing before I went to Precision Time, and he said never go back to that place because they stripped the threads on the Michael Kors watch attempting to get the back off– it was a new watch and the first time replacing the battery, so it must have been Precision Time who screwed it up. Do not waste your time– they are unprofessional con artists. Go to a reputable jeweler.

I went in to get a battery replaced at the suggestion of Macy’s. A few weeks thereafter my watch fell apart, the back fell off, the battery fell out. It admittedly took me a few months to get back, as I don’t live nearby. The clerk who ended up fixing my watch was totally professional, and fine. The man who appeared to be the manager however was rude. His tongue was nine and condescending, in disbelief that my watch fell apart. He then gave me trouble about having taken so long to get back there.(sorry dude, I work…). I will not be returning.

Last night, went there to get my watch strap to be adjusted! They did a good job but cost me including the tax $ 21.25! Think it’s a daytime robbery. Wish asked how much it would cost beforehand. Now I called another place in the same mall, they are telling me the charge is between $ 12 to $ 15.
