Big laundromat with free wi-fi, vending machines for detergent, change machine, and phở next door. Drop-off laundry service by appointment. Some seats inside, several benches outside. Open 6:30am — 10pm every day, last wash at 8:30pm. There wasn’t anyone staffing the place when I was around. $ 2.50 to wash a regular-sized load, 27 minutes. That’s fast compared to my old place! 25 cents gets you 6 minutes of dry time. There are also bigger washers and dryers available for huge loads or oversize things like huge comforters/duvets.

Ugh, loved this place because PHO is right next door, but will absolutely never return. I did a ton of laundry one night around 8:30PM, left, woke up next morning absolutely terrified because I couldn’t find a few of my(very expensive) delicate clothing items — I immediately drove back to the laundromat in hopes that someone would have information for me. I was pretty hopeful that my clothes would be OK, because I believe in the goodness in people, and also I left my clothes in the dryer a mere 20 minutes before the laundromat closed and returned promptly as they opened the next morning. Trust me, I’m kicking myself because I know that this is mostly my fault for forgetting these items, but this place has no accurate phone number, no lost and found, and no competent employees. After calling tens of numbers(Champlain housing trust, the owner of the building, many deactivated lines, Rick Bove who supposedly owns this establishment, ‘Elmer’ whose number is written on the door) no one could offer me any information as to who to contact. As a last resort, I visited the establishment an hour before they closed in hopes of meeting the«cleaners» who could tell me how they dispose of clothing that is left there. There were 2 old, obviously native Vermonters, who defensively told me that they throw everything away at the end of the night and every morning, OR the«Asians» next door take laundry, and how Rick Bove has no clue what goes on at the establishment. I pride myself in communication, and respect, but I KNOW these people were blatantly lying to me. I pity those who spend their time on Unilocal writing negative reviews, but this establishment is SOO poorly run with no one held accountable when a situation arises.
