This location only staffs 1 person. I waited 45 minutes for my online order which was processed 15 minutes before I got there. The kid behind the counter was disrespectful and extremely dirty looking. This establishment is owned by PB Swan LLC. The employee told me his name was Church. Probably lying to me. I get Jamba Juice every day. This was hands down the worst experience I have ever experienced. To top it off the juice was horrible.

I love Jamba Juice but I’m really not a fan of this specific location. They always seem to be out frozen yogurt that’s added in smoothies(why not order more when you KNOW it’s going to be used A LOT), and other ingredients. The wait can be long during certain times because only one person is handling the register and making the smoothies. They should staff more people during peak times, common sense. I’d rate higher if they would do better.

Jamba Juice is great, but this location sucks. They get orders wrong constantly, and if there is more than one customer in the store prepare to wait 20+ minutes. Also the new young guy working there took his hat off right by the front blender to rub his hands through his hair, shake it out, and then just went right back to making smoothies. How about you wash your hands there Beiber?

I’ve been into the Burlington Jamba Juice several times in recent years. Today was a repeat of something that has happened all to often when looking for a fresh squeezed drink here. They were out of oranges. A main ingredient for almost all of the fresh juice offerings. Didn’t just run out but been out since early yesterday according to employee working counter. They have no plan B to go to local store and get oranges. Have to wait until next shipment. Never seen a McDonald’s run out of French fries. How do you run out of oranges for fresh squeezed juice? That is really your signature item, fresh squeezed juice?! If this was first time this has happened I’d dismiss it. It has now happened too many times to count. I’m done overlooking it and will no longer count on this place.

I have been to other Jamba Juices before and they are great! This store however, always seems to be understaffed and inexperienced. I have waited numerous times for one smoothie for over 20 minutes and multiple times have gotten the wrong smoothie all together. The wait times and mistakes are bordering on unacceptable.

I really do like the product here. That’s why I still come. I just hate that they always seem to be short handed. I’ve only seen the same people during consecutive visits a few times. They employees are almost always great though.(Expect one person that I have not seen in a while). Perhaps it’s the management. Perhaps a clear understanding of what daily duties are and consistency in work hours may increase employee retention.

Decided to stop here and get me a smoothie. Jamba Juice taste the same across the board for me. But I always like customer service that stands out. Sterling(who was at the register) was very friendly and informative. He also pointed out that their internet was down, so they could only accept cash. Anyways, after I got my smoothie, my son was drinking it and poked a hole in the cup. I went back in and they had no problem changing out the cup. They didnt roll their eyes or anything, took my cup, put the juice in the new one and were pleasant. We need more people like that.
