Adrian and Pamela and their entire team at IT are amazing and Skagit County is so lucky to have them. To give you an idea of their over-​the-​top customer service, I received an e-​mail at 2:57am alerting us to a PC security patch that needed to be updated to protect us. I can’t tell you enough how great it feels to have someone watching out for our equipment and peace of mind! They are great at explaining technical jargon in laymen terms, and I always feel comfortable approaching them with questions. Interpreting Technology is simply the best.

12 314 — Amazing service! I infected 6 computers late yesterday afternoon and called, frantic. Matt came out right away and started fixing everything. Adrian joined him about 8 p.m. and they stayed until all of my computers checked out. This is my time of year to make money and I am so thankful they understood that I needed them right then.
