Very unhappy with my visit. The owner tried to overcharge me to upgrade to shellac and then when there were issues with the shellac bubbling on my nails. the owner said she didn’t know anything about that part of her business and refused to refund my money. I left with clear polish on my nails since there was a defect with their product. So frustrating to pay $ 40 for nothing!!! I will never go back. Don’t waste your money!

I’ve been to Euphoria for a pedicure and a facial(at their previous location above BJ Wentkers — they’ve since moved, and I have not been to their new location). My pedicure was okay, I was just disappointed that they did not have spa pedicure chairs(a/k/a thrones) with whirlpool foot soaks. That was a bummer. My polish just looked blah, like I did it myself. My facial was wonderfully relaxing, but their website said it included extractions and NO extractions were done(trust me, I needed them). That was a little disappointing. The same woman who did my pedicure also did my facial — so I’m guessing maybe she was not a licensed esthetician who can do extractions? Not sure. Overall, it was just okay.

My mother and I went here for a mani/pedi, so i am only reviewing that. Charming little Victorian house, but the experience not so charming. the chairs are comfortable office chairs to say the most. I guess I expected spa chairs. the massage of my hands and feet was nice, but the polish job was mediocre. I could have done better myself. The lighting was so atrocious, I didn’t notice that the polish looked bubbled and old. Four hours and a lot of money later. I say not worth it. The prices are average for nail treatments. But I have had a better nail job at the, not to sound racist at all, «asian» salons(they do precise work).
