Moving from the Pacific NW, I was excited to purchase some heavy coats from this great company. The store was nice and the products excellent as I expected. However, the staff here is unfriendly and unhelpful. All cashiers were honoring the friends and family discounts, but my cashier whispered something to another cashier and instead of offering me this discount, she tried to sign me up for the credit card instead.
Sadly, the lack of customer service outweighs the quality products they offer. Sad.

Best. Shopping. Experience. Ever.
I can’t say enough about this place. Great service (they leave you alone or not, depending on your needs), great quality. The stuff isn’t cheap, but there’s a lifetime, no questions asked warranty. Not for some prorated price, but the full purchase place. It really rocks, and I don’t offer praise lightly!

Not only is this EB store super clean, well organized and easy to navigate, but the service is fantastic. I came here after losin 20 pounds and not being quite sure of my size. When the sales gal caught wind of this she congratulated me and helped me look for new threads. When we discovered that their largest size was still a little too small she gave me some words of encouragement and said she hoped to see me soon. I was amazed at the fact that I had actually received service from someone at a clothing store.

I like this store. Prices are ok, I kinda dig the outdoorsy feel of the clothes, even though I’m not outdoorsy myself! At least I can LOOK the part, right?! I like the short sleeved button up shirts here best — the material they are made of is that quick-​dry stuff which is awesome to wear when you are lugging a 5 year old nephew around all day in the summer heat. Good store!
