Raymond is a scam artist. He should be on TV (7 on your side or something) or FBI should arrest him. He has some insiders from T_​mobile, that’s why he’s still able to offer these deal and T-​mobile won’t kick him out.

Raymond is sick, he always cheat customer by offering some kind of good deals. However by the time you in his control, your pain begin because you will find out from your statement.
He play with the statement.(I don’t know why the stupid cell phone wholesale let him do this)
If he promise to give you more than 1 free phone, you will never get the second one.
To have really good deal from him:
# 1 get what he offer right away.
#2 If he said he order 2 phone or more and ship to you and ask you to return back to him, order it but never give back to him or unless he pay you immediately.
#3 If you want to have a smooth, calm good deal, stay away from his store and him.

Came here because of an ad I seen. When I came here all the numbers were different with service charges and fees. Raymond didn’t remember me when he was unlocking phones from his parents house. Scam artist was trying to steal my phone then and my money now.

I don’t own a business. but i would like to think i have somewhat of an idea of what it would take to stay in business if i ever did.
Number one on that list being not to rip off your customers.
Apparently Raymond (the proprietor and scummy mastermind) didn’t learn that intuitive lesson.
Creating duplicate phone lines, renewing contracts without approval. and overall just being a grade A dick are at the top of his list. so for the love of god. learn from my mistake and stay the fuck away from this place.

Big time scammer! Scammed my family out of 4 lines! We have five lines and i only got one free phone. My other 4 lines are subjected to 2 year contract and what did we get. NADA. Stupid ass also scammed my bf. He said you can get out of sprint to t-​mobile. What did we get? $ 200 contract fee when we left sprint. yes we haters. We haters for scammer and bad business practice.

Raymond talks alota sh*t but he has a good heart. the haters below this review just dunno how to communicate thats all. He gave me access to phones straight from HK. I pretty much use Sony Ericssons but i need the traditional Chinese characters up on ma phone. and he gets it for me legit style! Can’t comment on his doggy tho. keeps chewing my pants and barking at me. but for my new cell phones its totally worth it!

RAYMOND is a complete FRAUD! he has scammed me by renewing my t-​mobile contract without my authorization. i’ve found that he has done this to quite a few of his customers.
read the other reviews. be warned. STAY AWAY. he should be under investigation by t-​mobile and the BBB.
