If you want meticulous work with great style, Kevin and his crew are the ones to partner with. They remodeled my kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 fireplaces, entertainment center, bar area, replaced all the doors, and so much more. I couldn’t be happier with the results. My husband and I have very busy work schedules so we don’t have the time to monitor a remodel project. Kevin took care of everything (coordination with electricians, plumbers, painters, stucco, architect, cabinets, stone, etc.). We didn’t use a designer because Kevin guided us throughout the project with his great taste.

I would give 10 stars if I could!!! We had our kitchen and 2 bathrooms remodeled, as well as work done in the living room and bedrooms and it looks BEAUTIFUL! Kevin and his crew remained so professional and cleaned up at the end of each day. This was our first remodel and from the start, Kevin sat down with my husband and I and explained the plan and what to expect. He guided us the whole time… from decisions on the floor plan to bathroom fixtures! Through his vast experience, Kevin explained the pro’s and con’s of our options. He coordinated work with the painter, plumber, electrician, floor person, cabinet lady (timeless kitchen was great!), stucco guy, and roofer so that all the work flowed nicely. But the best part is his amazing attention to detail! From framing to putting up crown molding, he is so precise that everything was seamless. It’s his attention to detail that really puts him above the rest! When people come over, they are just «WOW“ed at the transformation. We have referred him to several friends already who have seen our remodel. Tri Line is awesome and I would not hesitate to use them again for future projects!!!

I always check Unilocal for companies that have great ratings. I did with Tri Line and left two messages to set an appointment to remodel a bathroom. I did not get a call back as of yet.
Their work is problably good, but If they don’t respond, I won’t use them.

We have used Kevin and Tri-​Line Construction for a couple of significant projects. Kevin was recommended to us by a friend who had used him for a major remodel of her home. For the first project, we needed to have our living room and dining room redone, which involved removing wall-​to-​wall carpet which was about 50 years old, refinishing the oak parquet hardwood floors, and repairing and refinishing old cracked plaster walls. Kevin arranged to have the permits necessary and to arrange temporary storage for all of our furniture and fixtures while the work was being done. Kevin’s crew, Keith and Jose, took care of removing all of the items from the two rooms into temporary storage, and then doing much of the preparation and finish work. Kevin’s sub-​contractors who did the carpet removal and floor restoration, and who did the plaster restoration were excellent. After the restoration was done, Keith and Jose did the finish work, and after painting was done, moved all of the furniture and fixtures back into the house from temporary storage. The results exceeded our expectations, and the work was done near time estimate and within budget.
The second time we had Kevin come in was after we had noticed water damage following some severe rain storms. Over the years, we had seen evidence of water coming into our home, but this time it was obvious that the house was being damaged. Kevin looked at the situation, and determined that two possibilities existed: first that there was some simple leaks that could be repaired without much effort, or that there was some more significant problem that would require a good deal more work. Keith and Jose started off optimistically, but soon discovered that the situation was more serious. Kevin apprised us that it was going to be more difficult and time consuming than he had hoped. As it turned out, there was some significant dry rot underneath the stucco, including rotted headers, plates and studs. Kevin and Keith devised some ingenious methods for replacing the rotted parts and reworked all of the structure. Kevin’s sub-​contractor who did the stucco work was excellent. We had been prepared for the worst by Kevin, and while we had hoped for the best, the work was done for considerably less than our nightmares.
Kevin is a pleasure to work with. He is straightforward and honest. He doesn’t gloss over difficult situations or paint rosy pictures. Keith and Jose are truly professional, competent craftsmen, taking the time to do the job well, and thorough in cleanup and finishing off the job.

With three projects over a period of 12 years, Kevin Gee has completely transformed our San Francisco home.
Beginning in 1998, Kevin expanded and totally remodeled our narrow galley kitchen into a large, beautiful, and even 13 years later, very modern looking kitchen.
In 2002 Kevin and his crew tackled our 1950’s style recreation room on the ground floor.
Today we have a beautiful office area with Brazilian cherry floors, a media room and large beautiful windows looking out onto the garden.
In 2010 we had Kevin add a new bathroom off a bedroom. In addition, he took our old master bath, showed us how to improve the design, leaving us with a showcase master bath.
