Love their drinks here!!! A little stronger in caffeine than starbucks! Ive gotten everything from the peppermint mocha to and iced vanilla latte to their blended drinks. And I have not been disappointed! Thank you for satisfying my caffeine addiction!!!

This is a really convenient location, the people that work at this location are friendly and helpful. Good choices of food. Unlike most places you do not have to waste a plastic top, you get your drink without one if you choose. The only downside is that there can often be a line, because it is a popular coffee shop.

I much prefer Peet’s coffee to Starbucks, but I must say that this place is always just a total mess. One employee is always complaining about how another did something wrong. The baked goods case is only next to one register, so if you get stuck at the other, you have to run over and see what’s in there, it just make no logistical sense. Whoever planned out this store did a pretty poor job. Regardless, the coffee is always good, waiting and messed up orders aside… Limited and weird seating, very uncomfortable and very loud.

MMMMmmmm breve latte flat is super hot and loaded. I drink these pretty much all day. I really dont like when they don’t make it right — a breve is steamed half and half. If you work in a coffee shop, you should probably know this, right? Too many crying sticky kids, strollers, lululemon moms in this location — it should be avoided!

The atmosphere was welcoming and my cappucino coffee was made perfectly by alexis. I used to drink starbucks regularly but i will definitely be returning. Peets is very strong and the staff is very nice.

This is one happening Peet’s. Always packed and rather noisey. However, because it’s right smack in the middle of downtown Burlingame, I come here pretty damn often. It’s like a regular Peet’s except dirtier; I’m not saying that to be mean but every time I come here, the table’s must be wiped off or the seats cleaned with a napkin. Additionally, I find it kind of odd that Peet’s has their bakery exposed – I’ve seen many a fly around their bakery items so I’d wish they’d seal them in a display case because they look good to eat but I’d rather not chance it! To be fair, almost every other Peet’s does the same thing with the open air bakery thing. It’s actually nice to see a coffee shop other than Starbucks or Philz so busy! I’ll be back soon no doubt.

Wish we had Peet’s in the Southeast, consistent espresso drinks and they have great taste. It’s still a «mass production» coffee shop but at least the coffee doesn’t taste like it

Used to LOVE Petes coffee but the Burlingame Ave one is a mess. Staff were confused on who was ringing up items. Gave my order three times. Moved me to another register. Have my order again Thought it was a one off but the topper that triggered my Unilocal was hearing the gal making my drink loudly say«I really have to pee». Just seemed really unprofessional here. Also I ordered the Chai latte for the first time here and it’s really bad. The whole things was mostly cream and sugar. Like a watered down milkshake. Not good. I’ll stick with Starbucks next time. Update: Per my last review, Kristina commented asking for me to email her at . I sent a note and it bounced back. Did I miss something?

Love this Peet’s! Best coffee around, and the people here are the best. Nico may be the best barista in the Bay Area, and all of them are really great!

Peet’s Coffee and Tea is one of my favorite places I love to spend some time and enjoy my coffee. It’s very easy to get stressed in the US and sometimes we all need just to be outside and take time for ourselves. We all know that there are so many restaurants, coffee shops in Burlingame, Downtown but Peet’s Coffee is one of my favorite. I love the energetic atmosphere here. The staff is nice. The music is not too loud. They have lots of options for hand selected teas and beverages. The sofas are soft and the design of interior is more comfortable than Starbucks. There are 2 restrooms here. I have just remembered, I recently left my summer hat here and remembered when I got home. I called them and asked to keep it. I came back after two days and got my hat back I give them 5 stars for keeping my hat, kidding. I think if I enjoy to be here and relax, then this place should be marked as 5 stars.

WORSTWIFIEVER! If you live in the 21st century and actually need to send simple emails — or heaven forbid you have to download a file — DONOTCOMEHERE. The WIFI is not only spotty, it stalls, it doesn’t load simple web pages and will cause you so much frustration, you may never comeback… I’m DONE! I really did not want to go to starbucks… but what is one to do…

My favorite of all the coffee chains. This one has a few outdoor tables which is nice.

Coffee is good, but not as strong as the Millbrae location. The location of this shop lends itself to d baggery indeed. See, the lovely folks of Burlingame have this incredible ability to snob it up at all times. They definitely earn their stripes at this location and that’s definitely my least favorite component of Burlingame.

Ordered the Iced Green Tea Matcha — sweetened with soy milk, light ice. I must have said light ice atleast 3 times. I was the only customer at the time and I see him fill the entire large cup with massive looking ice cubes. When I loudly said ” light ice please ” the barista just giggled and dumped most of it out and I saw that he hadn’t made enough tea so he was trying to compensate by adding more ice for a fuller effect. First and last time trying peets altogether. Starbucks, all the way!

My favorite Peet’s. The staff is so nice here. Always smiling. And happy to help. If they are out of something they are quick to replace. I love the Jasmine lime ice tea. I try to come everyday to relax after work. If they are out of jasmine lime they’re happy to make a fresh batch.

Look, folks. You can’t nor should you assume we Peetniks all hail from your fair town of Burlingame and know which door to enter and line up for your awesome coffee. I agree with Gelen C.‘s review. Most of the other Peet’s locations have some indicator(rope lined) where you line up for coffee orders. I walk in the front door and proceed to the drink order counter. Snarky couple with baby stroller says, «There’s one line!» Oh, okay, so I slink back to the coffee bean line. Meanwhile, people are entering from the side door and sidling up to the drink order line and place their order. WTH! get it together Peet’s of Burlingame Ave. invest in a rope line and order will be restored, not to mention we loyal customers will be appreciative, Sheesh!

My other coffee place. When I need a strong one, I come here. Service needs loads of improvement though. SF Baristas are far friendlier and efficient.

Don’t get me wrong, I like Peet’s. There are two things that are pet peeves here, though. First, I find it slightly awkward that they serve you the finished boiling-lava-hot(or ice-cold) beverages without caps — the patrons must apply them elsewhere! This the only Peet’s I’ve been to where this is the case. Second, and this is in comparison to the San Carlos Peet’s, when a beverage gets out of stock or sold out, it is not listed as such on the menu. It gets marked like that in San Carlos… Other than that, it’s a friendly staff, so still come here, even during the Burlingame street construction!
