My lashes look amazing! Came in here from seeing an ad at my gym (basecamp Burlingame). Love how my lashes look! So glad I came in to give it a whirl.
I started with the le fling to see how the lashes feel and get an idea of what it will look like. (20 – 25 lashes applied to the outer corners of the eye and tapered in).
Just made an appointment to upgrade to a full set
Great thing is they will do the full set and only charge the difference in price, not for a whole new service!

I just got a plump up the volume fill today done by Meggy and I love it! Highly recommend. The hours work with my schedule too because they close at 9 on weekdays so I can come after work.

Cindy is amazing! My family and friends thought my lashes looked natural. I love it. She made me feel pretty.
Noir lounge staff are very friendly. Place is clean and price is reasonable.

I have mixed feelings about this place. I tried it on a whim after i saw a fashion blogger friend of mine wearing them and loved and ranted and raved about it.
I have seen probably every tech there. I had a full set on that were too long and they took them off for free and put on a new full set for me that was amazing. I love the smaller look i had but now wish they were a little more full (which i will ask for when i go in for my next fill).
The price could be a littttttle cheaper in my opinion but i understand being competitive with the market. I would love to see them run some promos and discounts for existing customers.
I have had Meggie and Latrice and love them. Both super gentle and fun to talk to. They listen to my requests and are super accommodating.
I am the type of person that if they are not perfect i will call back and fix them until they are. To me, being an entrepreneur and business owner myself, i believe in satisfactory work and asking for something if you are not satisfied– allowing the salon and or technician to fix their poor work.
This has happened to me there after i had lashed falling out after 4 days of being there. They took me right in and had it fully removed and done right.

Great customer service! Highly recommend getting the lashes here. A full set at $ 85 is such a great deal.

Pros:
I received a complimentary set with trainee, Cindy. Extremely nice. My lashes looked really good after. i wanted a more natural, not to full of a set and she did just that. I loved it. I would go back to her.
I did my removal with Latrice, in addition to purchasing a strip of lashes and having her apply them. Removal is free which was a plus and she was very thorough with the removal and the application of the false lashes. She was really nice as well.
Cons:
My right eye appeared to have more lashes. I didn’t really mind but when I started losing lashes it became more apparent. I don’t know if that’s because I have more eyelashes on my right eye? I wish the amount was more even on both.
My lashes only lasted two weeks. I know everyone’s eyelash cycle differs but I was hoping I could push it to three weeks. Also, I don’t like their policies on their trainees. I do understand that it was complimentary but when I scheduled an appt for a fill, they told me I had to remove what I had and start over with a new set. You’re also only allowed to do one fill.

Overall, this place is affordable compared to other lash establishments and there are many young female employees so setting up an appt shouldn’t be too hard. I like that you’re also able to set your appt’s online. Employees are nice and patient. I’ll be back

Stephanie did my lash extensions in December — this was the first for this type of service for me. My service was to be a full set with extra volume with the total cost of about $ 150.00. What I ended up with was long lashes but only on a small part of my eyelid. When I inquired about this odd look at the end of the hour and half on the table — Stephanie said the other lashes were too small to add extensions to — isn’t this the purpose of going to a lash bar? Perhaps if she had done a consultation before starting — I could have opted out of spending $ 150 and looking like a bit of a freak for the better part of three weeks. The other piece of information that would have been good to have is that some people with sensitive skin may react to the forms they place on the face under the eyes. The following morning my face was bright red and swollen.
I called to file a complaint and their solution was for me to come in again and try for more extensions. I don’t think that was a reasonable solution and apparently consultations before the service begins is not part of their service. They will put the lashes on, give you a mirror and let you live with a ridiculous look and ask for your credit card.
Latisse is a better solution for longer and lusher lashes. May take longer for results but won’t make you look like a circus clown.

I really wanted to like this place because it’s close to home. I came in during their opening week for a free lash application. I am very familiar with lash extensions and get them done often for special events in the past 5 years. The process at Noir Lash Lounge took 2.5 hours for a full set and when I looked at the mirror it wasn’t very «full.» Also after 1 week, my lashes were already falling off. I wasn’t too happy with my experience, the people there are very nice and it’s a cute place. For the money and time, I won’t be coming back here again.

This is my first time at Noir Lash Lounge and I am a happy customer. Maggie was my technician — a good listener and was very gentle with me and my eyes. I wear contact lenses and the application didn’t affect my eyes. The environment is quiet and pleasant with tasteful music. I took a nap! I feel fabulous! Thanks Meggie and I’ll see you in a few weeks!

Went to Erika for my lash extensions… LOVEEEEED IT ! She did such a great job on a natural j curl look on my lashes! I have officially found my place!!!

Great customer service. The whole staff is informative and friendly. I’d go there for the customer service alone! On top of all that, I LOVE MY LASHES! They look great and natural! I’m hooked.

Everyone and their moms have been having eyelash extensions… And myself, a curious person wondering what the hype is about noticed this was opening in Burlingame!
*parking kind of sucks. Don’t forget to bring quarters for meter.
*once you enter, they check you in then proceed to doing your lashes.
*remove your shoes.
*lay down, and here it goes!
My first full set was with Maggie and I thoroughly enjoyed it, she was super gentle and it took about 2 hours. I posted pictures on Unilocal,so it was my first time I wanted it to be definitely more dramatic the next time but she was a very good lash stylist and gentle. And everybody at the front desk is super kind and friendly.
My second set, with Fatima was a removal and a new full set. She’s a little tougher than I prefer, It did hurt a bit when she was tugging my lashes sometimes to put some on and take some off… But I love her style of lashes. She gave me lashes that made me feel like I can fly away. I got a 15, C curl. All around and I was definitely happier with this set than my first one.

*my lashes only lasted me 2.5 weeks… Kind of disappointed about that. I do understand lashes have a cycle where they shed, how you take care of it and everything, I was always careful and took extra precautions… Still 2.5 weeks?
*my lashes were irritated for a while after Fatima’s set because she was too rough for me.
Over all I do enjoy the company, I just haven’t found my lash stylist yet. And their policy is one fill maximum per set… I don’t really like that policy. But oh well.
The search continues!

Stephanie and Fatima are amazing.
My lash extension normally fall out after two weeks but Stephanie did my lash extensions that lasted much longer. The first set took 1.5 but totally worth it.
I came back for my fill by Fatima which only took 45 minutes. Leaving salon with flirty lashes.

I love noir lash! There place is so cute and loved how they decorated the place! Customer service is very friendly and Fatima who did my extensions did a wonderful job on my eyelashes, they turned out amazingly beautiful! I am in love with them! And will be definitely coming back! :)) so if any of you girls are looking for eyelash extensions, this is the perfect place to go!
