Just make your own sandwich I guarantee you will be happier, and the soup tasted like fresh out of a can, I don’t see this place staying open very long, give it a try I promise you won’t go back either

First time visiting this location since it opened. The restaurant is bright and welcoming and was very clean.
I got my usual Albuquerque turkey with no bacon and proceeded to get my drink.
I didn’t get a chance to sit down good before my order was brought to me. This was a great surprise as I’m used o waiting much longer at other locations.
My sandwich was hot and tasty, and overall I was pleased with my experience. I will definitely return to this location.

Best Schlotzsky’s I’ve eaten at. In town for the day from Dallas beats every one in Dallas area hands down. Food was great and the staff was fantastic.

Stood in line almost 15 minutes. There was one register open at 12:30 during the lunch rush… and what appeared to be about three people staffing the entire kitchen! Probably why I waited twenty minutes for a small original sandwich.
There were no clean tables. The line at the drink machine was ridiculous. There was ice everywhere in and around the machine.
The food was (as always) spectacular! Best sandwich in America! But the service brings it WAY DOWN to a 2-​star rating from me.

I have been in a few times since last post, happy to report they have the ice situation under control now! Food still good!

I am not sure how this place has 4.5 stars. I understand that this is a fairly new business but each time I come here something is wrong with my order. I love this restaurant chain and often opt for this as a lunch option. I have tried this burleson location several times and it has not improved hence this review.
Today’s poor customer service experience;
I called in my order to ensure that it would be ready when we arrived. The girl who answered was very kind however in the middle of taking my order she asked me to hold and then proceeded to take someone else order. I actually laughed out loud and she apologized. This is not great service. She has asked me a couple of times to hold while she worked on other orders. Why do you answer the phone if you are not ready to take an order or are prepared.
She did not ask my name-​but said the food would be ready in 15 minutes.
When we arrived there was no order waiting, 8 people in line and when I arrived the man behind the counter tried to find my order. He found a legal pad with an order written on it and the girl came out from the back and said she did not get a name so she did not know what to do. Curious again how there is a lack of service.
The poor excuse is that «they are still getting it together» At what point are you no longer new? At what point do you start to deliver a better level of service?
I love Schlotzsky and enjoy the food-​however this particular location has so much to improve on from getting orders right, being efficient and providing great customer service.
Disappointed again

Great place! So glad we have one in Burleson now! Service, food, and even the sweet tea were excellent. We loved the «train» picture and nothing is more yummy than Cinnabon. We’ll definitely be repeat customers.

OK I had a much better very different experience than the previous reviewer. It was not packed. There was plenty of ice. Went right at noon and was impressed with the amount of seating and variety as well as ESPN on one of the two big screens.
Obviously Schlotzkys is known for their sandwiches but they’ve expanded that menu — there’s a lot to choose from now and almost none of it is fried.
And I might normally give Schlotzkys four stars but I was really impressed with the service. Courteous, knowledgeable, and when the guy brought our food he noticed we hadn’t picked up any napkins and offered to get us some. A small gesture perhaps, but not what you’d expect from a fast food joint. That kind of service pushes Schlotzkys — at least this one — into the top tier of fast food restaurants. Great choice if you find yourself on Wilshire at mealtime.
