Same olé, same olé as far as chain restaurants go. Don’t think I’ll be going back. Stingy with the bread. No gumbo anymore (actually, it was good!).

This is our second time for a late dinner. We have sat at the bar both times and Sarah B has been the bartender, super sweet girl! She is always very friendly and attentive. Our food has always been fresh and quick to come out!
I’ve had the snow crab legs both times which are delicious!
The boyfriend had the steak tonight with the shrimp, also not bad.
Both managers stopped by to check on us as well.
If you come to Red Lobster, sit at the bar and ask for Sarah. Perfect spot at the bar with the tvs!

What an incredible lunch i had the other day at the Burleson location. Service was brisk and cordial, i was well taken care of during my visit. i was really impressed with my lunch entrée, the shrimp tacos.
i was greeted with a basket of Red Lobster’s signature «Cheddar Bay Biscuits». Today, for some reason, they were more delicious than usual, very hot and buttery. As I mentioned, I decided on the 3 shrimp tacos for lunch. They come with a side of rice, but you can change your side. I decided on cole slaw.
The shrimp taco were wonderful and packed full of shrimp and all sorts of other goodness. The dressing they used on the «slaw» in the tacos had the perfect spiciness to make each bite a delight. YUMMY! It was a perfect relaxing lunch.

Love this location, very nice place, service was excellent, the meal was amazing, I didn’t actually try the fish I had chicken, soup, salad and dessert but all of it was good, the cheesy biscuits are so yum and I love the atmosphere, can’t wait to go back, as soon as I get a chance.

We went on 4−25−15 at 8:00 pm. The service was slow. Manager was at the front talking to people but never once tried to help the wait staff. Food (fried shrimp, fries, and fish) was soggy, like it had been sitting out for a long time. The only good food was the crab legs. They were moist but serving size was not worth the price. We will drive in to Fort Worth next time we want Red Lobster.

You prettty much know what you’re going to get when you enter a Red Lobster. However, they have been running a summer special where you get a 4-​course meal for $ 19.99 or something like that. It’s a legitimate 4-​course meal, too: soup and salad, entrée, and a dessert. All of them were pretty good, too. Of course, you can’t forget the warm, buttery biscuits.

This visit, customer service was great. Everyone was curious and respectful. Food was delivered hot and in a timely manner. Waitress (Christina) followed up to make sure our drinks were always full.

Overall, I give RL a 3, but the food would be a 2 at best. My gf got a lobster loaded baked potato, and it barely had a tablespoon worth of lobster. The waitstaff was nice, and we were there at a busy time (7−8pm). Appetizers were lacking, and the food was mediocre at best. I would not have eaten here if not for a gift card I was given, and I won’t be back any time soon.

Decent food and good atmosphere. Red Lobster is known for their cheddar biscuits, right? So let me ask this: Why, when a party if 3 comes in do they bring 5 biscuits? Why not 6? Yet I have noticed the last 3 times we went in they did this. No one wants to take the last one, and the wait staff doesnt offer to bring more as long as there are some left. Is this the goal? Strange to me.
Either bring out one for each, or two… but stop the odd numbers already.

This place is clean, friendly and the food is just what you’d normally expect from a Red Lobster. Alas, it takes too long to eat here for lunch or we’d visit more often.
