My whole family sees Dr. Le! He’s a wonderful doctor. He takes his time to talk you, and always makes you feel comfortable.

If I were only rating Dr. Le I would give him 10 stars. You can tell he loves what he does, he is so friendly and he remembers you every time you come in. He’s truly a great guy.
However, most the ladies in the reception are could use a class on manners. The last few times I’ve been there I wasn’t greeted and simply told to sign in. One of the techs or helpers was outside on the phone, the other two were inside talking and the one that helped me had a terrible attitude because she had to help me and miss out on her conversation. The woman using the iPad to measure my glasses couldn’t even figure out how to use the program.
These things are what made me decide to go elsewhere even though this doctor is amazing. I would recommend this doctor in a heartbeat but the rest of his staff needs much improvement.
