A little overdue on this review (we had work done in June 2015), but I’d be remiss if I didn’t share my experience with Install Pros. Steve Hsu, the owner, is a consummate professional who coordinated several aspects of getting our townhome ready to sell, all on a strict timeline. He refinished all our oak hardwood floors, and the result was astonishing — they look brand-​new. The cost was very, VERY reasonable, too — especially considering other quotes we had received for the same job (to include replacing several oak boards on a 18-​yr-​old floor, which is very difficult to do right. They did it right). Install Pros also repainted the entire house, fixed a leak in the roof, re-​tiled a shower, and tiled a bathroom floor and a kitchen backsplash. Highly recommended!

I had the hardwood floors in my rental unit replaced by Install Pros and the experience working with them was nothing less than fantastic. Sean was my point of contact and was very helpful and incredibly patient when it came to working with a difficult tenant who was reluctant to provide payment for damage she had caused. Sean went above and beyond by providing me with regular updates on the status of the progress for the install as well as communications with the tenant. I would definitely work with them again in the future – though hopefully I’ll have better luck with tenants and won’t need to be back for business anytime soon! Don’t hesitate to work with them for your next project.

I was very pleased with Install Pros’ work. I received a total of 3 quotes for putting in new hardwood in my condo, and theirs was the lowest. They worked quickly, were very respectful of my home/​furniture and cleaned up when they were done! Steve was super friendly and answered all my questions. I highly recommend them and will use them again!

Sean and crew were super professional and easy to work with. Our bedroom hardwood was put in in one day (less than 4 hours actually) and months later still looks great!
