Dunkin’ Donuts

I mean I like DD, but not this location specifically. I’ve gone their multiple times through the drive-​thru to be told that they are out of donuts. How do you call yourself Dunkin’ Donuts and not have donuts? Maybe you should make some more? Anyways I like their coffee and they always get my order right with my French Vanilla flavoring.
But today was the last straw, I went through the drive-​thru and there were actually fresh donuts! (what a surprise) I order a dozen donuts and the lady says ok. I get the box and there’s only 11 donuts in the box. I was also only charged for 11 as well. I guess I should’ve checked the bill. But nonetheless, I shouldn’t have had this horrible service.

I love DD coffee and donuts but this place never has one or both! I don’t understand how a place with so much traffic can constantly be without its two most important products, coffee and donuts. Management needs to invest a few dollars into one of the many analytic tools to designed specifically to address production issues. Keeping customers and money coming in should be a top priority, maybe?
I have been impressed with the staff, both morning and night, are very good.

Out of espresso AND basic glazed donuts at 8:10am???Really? Drive thru took forever, guy taking my order took 5 minutes to take my order of 1 coffee, 1 donut. I was informed they were out of espresso and offered iced coffee with vanilla creamer and caramel instead. I agreed, got to the window, paid, and was informed that they were out of the glazed donuts but I could have something like it (a braided round donut). Ok I said. Drove away to find the saddest, palest, most gross donut in the bad. SO under cooked. Took a sip of the coffee. Didn’t taste vanilla, nor caramel, nor coffee. Tasted like dirty water. I can’t believe I wasted 15 minutes of time on that AND close to $ 5. Donuts and coffee are kinda what you’re supposed to do… how do you manage to do both so poorly? Never again.

Been trying to buy donuts from this location for the last month. Every time I go in they are out of donuts. Pretty ridiculous to go into an establishment that main product is donuts, just like it says in the store front name, is out of donuts by noon each day. Will not waste my time going to this Dunkin Donuts location anymore when all I can get is a coffee. Not sure if its under new ownership, but if so, the new owner is horrible!

I start 3 – 4 of my mornings going to this DD. I never have time to get out and go in so I stick to the drive through. The staff on the intercom are always so sweet, you could hear them smiling through the speaker. The staff once you pull up are smiling and very proficient. I don’t blame them, wouldn’t want to mess with someone who hasn’t had their coffee yet!
I go in the afternoons so much too, and throughout the day the staff will still have their smiles and great attitudes.

I went to Dunkin Donuts in Burke 90 minutes before closing time. They were totally out of donuts. The trays from the donut displays had been removed and everything was cleaned up. First this never should have happened well over an hour before the store was due to close for the night. Second, why wasn’t there a sign at the front door letting people know they were out of donuts? The girl working there was hiding in the back. It took several times of calling out before she even came out to say there were no donuts left.

The thing that makes this location good is the staff. They remember your order and have it waiting when you come in if they see you pull up! On the downside, they are usually out of things by noon. The donuts that are left get hard from sitting out in the open air. Glass fronts on the cases would help keep the products fresh. The upside is the super friendly staff and the coffee!

I think this is a great DD location! The interior is set up more like a café (Starbucks style dare I say?) with wifi and could be good for setting up your laptop to work. They seem to always have the items in stock that I want and my coffee always comes out tasty (just a simple hot coffee with cream and caramel swirl). The workers have always been pleasant, kind, and helpful.
(Note to grumpy customers — you get what you give! If you come in being sassy and demanding without a smile on your face, you deserve to get the same attitude right back.) ;)

Fast, friendly service. I Use them regularly for catering early morning events and they’ve been great. Even carried everything out to my car.

This place is so bad, it prompted me to create a Unilocal account after using Unilocal forever. A shame 0 stars isn’t an option. My wife and I live close-​by and seeing as how this is the only drive-​through while toting 2 young ones around, we (used to) go here often. 9 out of 10 times the order is wrong or forgotten by the time we travel 25 feet from the order microphone to the window. As others have mentioned, they run out of donuts, breads and coffee flavors often… you know, things ‘Dunkin Donuts’ reminds you of.
The breaking point for this review was yet another wrong order which led to ‘please pull forward and park. we will bring your (single. yes 1 item…) iced coffee to you’ which has become normal since they mess up so often. This time however the employee brought 2 iced coffees out. and no straws. We mentioned we only ordered one. they employee was fine just giving us both… when asking for a simple straw, we were given an attitude like we insulted this persons family… left without getting a straw.
Never going back again…

This morning I ordered a veggie flatbread and a pumpkin donut. When I got to the window, the sign said $ 4.96, but the cashier said $ 6.96. So I told him that the sign said something different as I was scrambling to get two more dollars for a total of $ 7. He said that’s ok so I paid the seven dollars. He wasn’t even going to give me 4 pennies back either until he noticed I was waiting. Then he gave me my receipt and it said $ 4.96, so I tried to explain to him that he said one thing while everything else had a different price. He argued that I paid 4.96. I hope he enjoys the two dollars that he stole from me. Not a great way to start the day and not worth $ 7.

This location is the WORST! While they have a so-​called drive thru, it is often blocked by other vehicles servicing the businesses next to it. As a mother of two, young children, I rely heavily on the convenience of a drive thru. When I voiced my concern to one of the associates, they were very abrupt regarding the issue and offered no help. I would not be surprised if this Dunkin’ Donuts could not keep patrons based on their poor customer service.

New, clean and pleasant atmosphere. Employees were very helpful and competent. Breakfast sandwiches were hot and tasty!

I love a drive-​thru for a quick cup of coffee in between errands … I don’t love that this location is consistently out of menu items, frequently gets my order wrong, and yesterday … argued with me over what I was reading on the menu!
For first-​timers, the drive-​thru lane takes you on a journey behind the strip of businesses. Dunkin Donuts might consider making the route more accessible by cleaning up the trash in/​along the lane.

Gets packed on weekend mornings. Line can be 10 – 15 deep. Moves quickly. Seems like donuts keep getting smaller, but prices go up. have never tried any thing else here besides donuts.
The coffee has dropped a notch or two over the years. At one time, I was pretty committed to it.

The staff is really kind at this Dunkin! They gave my milk for a drink I brought from home for gratis. The whole place is very roomy but cozy at the same time; perfect for grabbing a drink with friends, reading a book or doing some work on your tablet!

This is a pretty big Dunkin’ Donuts in a strip mall close by where my brother lives. It’s clean, lots of seats and a bathroom in the back as well. Friendly team that works there too.

Heard about the opening of a new Donut place. This used to be the old BBQ drive thru, that had existed for many moons. Friends were saying that they were giving free medium coffee all week. I stopped in to pick up some donuts and my free coffee. Parking is a tight but accessible. There is a drive-​thru for convenience. I selected a few cake donuts and some sprinkle donuts. The cake donuts were fine but the sprinkle donuts seemed a bit stale. Not sure why since it was only 9:15am. For about .99 a donut, I’ll probably head down the street to Shoppers where the donuts are bigger and more fresh.

I ordered a small coffee coffee using the drive-​thru. I was given the flimsiest cardboard cup with a white lid. No «sleeve» on the cup that would find as places such at 711. The top had a tab to pull back. As soon as I did, I realized the lip of the cup didn’t even fit properly and hot coffee was all over me and my car. I had burns on my hands.
It wasn’t horrible but it shouldn’t have happened.
I contacted DD to let them know of this issue. I was told the franchise owner would be reaching out to be within 2 business days. It never happened.

This store just opened at the end of September. It is a nice new shiny store with friendly staff. They were busy considering it was one of their first days in business. They have a drive up window. I just stopped in to take advantage of the free cup of dark roast coffee available at all of their stores. I will return the next time I am in the area in need of donuts or coffee.
