Three Tree Wellness Center

I got the 5-​visit spa package for their anniversary and I have to say I was impressed. I went for a facial, a back facial, a reiki energy session, a foot massage, and a back massage. They offered me either tea or water almost every time I came and they completed the services efficiently and professionally. What really struck me, though, is that they remembered that it was my birthday on one of the visits and had a gift bag full of little goodies waiting for me!

I got a 30 minute facial by Leslie yesterday and it was wonderful. She is very nice and knowledgeable. The room was clean and relaxing. I would recommend to my friends and family!

Scott did a great job! I had a pain on my back and he got rid of it. I’ll be back soon. They were very patient with my autistic son and very friendly.

I had a fantastic facial from Marcia. Super relaxing, my skin looks great and Marcia is so sweet and knowledgable. I will definitely be back!

I bought a groupon for a one hour relaxation massage. I went in yesterday for my massage and Celeste was my masseuse. She was nice and professional and did a great job getting some of the tension out of my neck and my back. I would definitely go to her again. My only thing was that there were no relaxing scents/​oils in the room (I.E. Lavender, mint, etc) but it was still a relaxing experience.
I had originally made my appt for a few weeks ago and as I was leaving my place, the owner Scott called me to inform me that the masseuse that day was sadly a no show but he was more than happy to reschedule me and honor any deal I had. Which was I thought was nice, plus I was called instead of driving out and finding out that way.
My reasoning for only giving 4 stars was because of the girl that I believe She was sitting on her phone and a calculator and just seemed unhappy to be there. Also when I left she barely seemed to acknowledge me. Usually the person running the front desk is your first impression of an establishment. Needless to say, I was un-​impressed at first but glad that after meeting Scott and Celeste my mind was changed.

The massages and facials are great! The issue is they are very slow at returning calls to make an appointment… wonder if it’s because I have a Living Social deal (??)…as I sit here I am waiting for 2 weeks and have left 3 messages… maybe I will drive over to Burien to see if they are still in business…

I’ve been to dozens of LMTs and Scott is easily the best! Well worth the trip out from West Seatlle.

I have been here about 3 times already and have always received great customer service.
Scott is really great at what he does as I always come close to falling asleep from his massages. I will keep coming back here.

I wouldn’t even give this company one star! I purchased a Groupon they had for three facials in December 2012 as gifts for my mother, sister and niece. I came into the store to pick up actual certificates that were supposed to be put aside at the front desk for me so that I could use them to give to each person. The front desk girl seemed confused and less than happy about having to assist me with getting the certificates.
So now three months have passed since I’ve gifted these facials to my family members, and they have had a horrible time trying to get anyone to answer the phone or respond to a voicemail.
My niece was finally able to get an appointment today and upon arrival they told her that her name had been crossed off accidently and they should would have to come another day. The person who answered the phone, «Scott» was less then polite and apologetic about the mistake.
I actually tried to call today to inform them of my dissatisfaction, but of course; no answer… Pretty disappointing when you buy gifts for people and they get screwed…
Already contacted Groupon for my refund for their lack of professionalism and service.
What a waste…

I came here for a set of eyelashes from Angela. I was late for my appointment, but she was able to take me anyway and did a fantastic job on my lashes. She offered to redo my set at a reduced price in a week since I got really super long set for an upcoming photo shoot. We had a nice time and she even asked me for a photo from my shoot that she could use for her portfolio. I stuck around and chatted with Shari and bought a few things from the shop before I left.
And then.
I tried for a few days to get in touch with Angela to redo my extensions — they are too long, starting to get wonky, and I’m getting married in a week. I got her on the phone and she said she didn’t have her calendar with her so would call me back the next day. It was kind of weird, and I don’t think she remembered me — she kept talking about how I bought a fill with my groupon (I didn’t), and well, like I said, it was weird. And then I got this via text 5 minutes later:
«I did your full set, and won’t be doing your fill! You can text me your address and I will mail you a partial refund. I want you to know you were extremely rude to me and I am refusing you service. Maybe you will think twice before talking down to people next time! And you were 26 minutes late. Goodbye.»
I texted her back:
«Wow! I think you have me confused with someone else. I enjoyed my lashes and got tons of compliments on them. Please don’t worry about any refund. Have a good day :-)»
No reply. So here I am, with eyelash extensions I can’t remove on my own, a week before my wedding, blah blah blah. Fortunately I called Victoria at
and explained my situation. She was kind enough to fit me into her schedule.

I took my boyfriend here today for his birthday. We had a couple’s massage and it was great! Sherry greeted us very warmly and ended up working on me. Scott worked on my boyfriend (deep tissue). My bf is a muscular guy and has some back issues so he needs strong hands. He said Scott really dug into his back and loosened everything up. Sherry was great, too. She has a softer, more relaxing touch. They were both so friendly, warm and professional. They also have lots of oils, sea salts and goodies to buy. We both highly recommend Sherry and Scott at Three Tree!

I first found Three Tree Wellness during the Burien Strawberry Festival in June. I got a free chair massage from Scott. It made me want to come back and try a table massage with him. I wasn’t disappointed. He does great deep tissue work and I think he does other modalities too. Very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. I highly recommend him.

Scott and Sherrie (??? I should have grabbed a card — I don’t know if I’m spelling her name correctly) opened this place up October 2011, but have been renovating the place so it wasn’t really available until this spring (2012). My husband and I did a Living Socials deal on it (which I found out is a ⁶⁰⁄₄₀ split — holy cheese!) and we both really loved our experiences. We’ve been to different massage therapists here in Washington and also in southern California, and I can honestly say that Sherrie and Scott were some of the most down-​to-​earth, calming personalities I’ve ever personally experienced.
The place is small and unnoticeable, but I loved these two. And I also love the fact they have all kinds of little things for you to buy there: from the lotions they used during your therapy, to essential oils, to soaps to a «lotion bar» (you can customize your own lotion by using oils and scented oils — really fun!).
Sherrie taught me some things I can do at home to relieve some stress at home, and even gave me some recommendations on what I can use to make my skin smoother. What a friendly gal! I just loved her and she has some very strong hands!
I highly recommend this place and when I come back to WA, I definitely will go back to Scott and Sherrie again.
