I have tried other styles of martial arts like mixed martial arts, but this one in particular is the real deal if you want to protect yourself. It is also a great workout. I feel a lot more confident with myself ever since I have taken this class. The punches are extremely fast and powerful. The twisting is a fantastic bonus to to learn.
