Very pleased with the information shared before the installation. This is what I wanted for my 02 Tundra. If you want out of your stock radio you owe it to yourself to stop by JS. I was told the installation would take two hours and when I returned less than 90 mins later the Tundra was outside the service bay waiting for pick up. The price quoted before the installation was what I paid. I highly recommend JS for your after market vehicle entertainment system needs. Thanks again guys.

This place offers the kind of small-​town, personalized, honest, no-​BS customer service that you don’t find very often these days. Esteban was very friendly, up-​front, and great to work with.
My story: I’d had a stereo installed at Car Toys in Belltown last year. When it died a few months later, it was still under warranty — but by then that location was closed. So I took it to another Car Toys (wayyyyy out of town), only to find they weren’t stocking that model anymore. After some drama, they swapped out the stereo with a replacement — but Car Toys did a crappy job of installing it (rear speakers were dim, right side speakers no longer worked, static on the radio… all of which weren’t the case before the swap). Needless to say, I didn’t want to deal w/​driving all over creation, and I definitely didn’t want to deal with Car Toys again.
After seeing the reviews on the Unilocal page for JS Advanced Stereo, I scheduled an appointment… and now I’m giving them 5 stars myself. They fixed the crappy installation pretty quickly, and all my speakers work fine now. They could have used this as an opportunity to sell me a new stereo or new speakers, but they didn’t — just fixed someone else’s screw-​up and charged me a fair price for their time. When I asked, Esteban let me know what options I had for upgrades without any hint of high-​pressure sales.
Great work, fair prices — highly recommended. I’ll be back the next time I need ANYTHING done with my stereo, speakers, or security system.

I called Esteban early this morning just to see if he might have a solution for me. Not only did he, he had my car ready just after noon. Highly recommend and will use these guys from here on out for all of my car audio needs.

Well I am officially a fan of these guys and most certainly a customer for life. I called earlier in the week to ask some questions and get prices. Esteban was patient and super helpful.
I ended up making an appointment to get speakers installed for Friday at 4. I ended up having a conflict later in the day so I called them up at 9:30 to see if I could come in sooner. Esteban said to come in now.
I arrived about 30 minutes later and Esteban greeted me enthusiastically. We looked at a few different options and he was patient and helpful. I decided on what I wanted and they started the installation right away. I was out of there less than an hour and a half later. The speakers sound great and I will certainly be back when I am ready to add a little more bump. Thanks guys! You rock.

Some much needed base to rattle his windows and allow him and his crew to not only hear the music but feel it as every beat thumps your chest.
We were ever so fortunate to walk into
JS advanced, WOW !! What service, patience and an incredible knowledge of all we needed to know about changing out the Buick’s cassette player for a updated system at by far the best prices.
We were lucky to walk into their doors, after numerous stores and rude salesmen and absolutely no patience or time to answer questions and enturpet a very complex install to both of us. We were blessed with the presence of Esteban,
What a wonderful experience. He took our every question and explained it in a way we finally understood it and he did it with class and a very positive and friendly manner and more patience then I have experienced.
His customer service is by far above and beyond any we met in a new industry we knew nothing about. Esteban made us feel at home, we were in the process, after listening to other salesmen from various stores, of planning on spending twice as much as we needed to and unlike the typical salesman. Esteban literally sold is a better system for half of what we concluded by our adventure. He was so patient and positive and polite we were finally at peace with our decision and choices and felt as if we couldn’t be in better hands.
We arrived one hour before closing and he put us on the schedule for the next day at 10:00, we arrived to him patiently waiting and they immediately started in on our Buick .
He said it would be done by 4:00 which was great news as it was Thursday before a three day weekend and my ever so eager teenaged son was planning on entertaining his crew in his new ride, poppa gave him.
All day I was waiting for the dreaded call and surprise and over run in costs by a hidden agenda like most shops that do just about any work on vehicles. Or the «well sir we ran into a problem and we need to add things to make it right «and usually costing a lot more then quoted, but I was wrong the only call I got was at around two o’clock that it was done and works great.
WOW! Pinch me please. Also the bill was exactly what was quoted. Esteban did an amazing install and cleaned and put everything back in place perfectly.
After paying and saying our goodbyes ‚
We were followed out to my sons car and given another explanation and instructions on its every use and told to just call or come bye with any questions or concerns.
Needless to say, I was very impressed and I would recommend This shop to anyone. I would strongly urge people to eliminate all the wasted time and frustrations of all the other shops and head straight to Burien to Esteban .
It is truly a bright light in a dark world.
It’s nice to actually find a company that has all they offer at one stop. Companies like these are of the past and very few exist these days. It’s wonderful to have Esteban in our community as a small business setting the standard of how to be a great company that truly the customers matter and it’s obvious with this services that he will be around a long time with repeat customers. Defiantly a six star out of five company if that were possible.

Esteban took on my challenging (24v to 12v) project of doing a new stereo in my Toyota. He did is own research and came up with a great solution. He ordered the parts and did a great job installing the entire system. I couldn’t be more impressed with his professionalism, knowledge and pricing! I will definitely be back.

Great customer service!!! You don’t get this customer service at any other car stereo place. I will return soon to get an alarm on my car. They did a clean, professional job installing my stereo.

I bought a car stereo off Craigslist after mine was stolen. I stopped by JS advanced car stereo to get an estimate and Esteban was professional and communicative from the start. He gave me an estimate of $ 65 and we scheduled the work for a couple days later. He called the day of my appointment to remind me. When I brought it in he got to work on it immediately and had it done in 45 minutes. He added a trim around it that made it look better since the stereo I had did not have that. He told me his work has a lifetime warranty. The final cost was exactly as estimated. I recommend this shop.
I had called two other car stereo shops before going in to JS and they gave me a bit of attitude, so I appreciated Esteban’s great customer service.
