Well, I HATE the dentist. stems from long, long ago childhood trauma but Dr. Tseng is friendly, casual, professional,
and makes me feel comfortable. I have been with this office since long before he took over and am very satisfied with him. Always hard to «trust» a new dentist, but here, there is no problem.

I will say, to Dr. Tseng’s credit, he sent me a personal letter apologizing for the receptionist’s behavior, and two movie tickets for my husband and I. He really is a very kind and thoughtful person, and does do good work. I am hopeful that the receptionist will remember to be professional with long time patients (or new ones for that matter).

I’ve been looking a LONG time for a dentist who will focus on the health of my teeth, not try to sell me on a bunch of cosmetic treatments. I’ve also wanted to find one who is personable, has a friendly staff, and an office that feels comfortable. It has taken me a LONG time, but I have finally found that with Dr. Tseng. Highly recommended!
