I usually don’t eat Subways. I go to the Starbucks next to it for over 2 years and I’ve only ordered there twice. First time, didn’t like their breakfast sandwich but others might so I knew not to order that breakfast sandwich again. Today, for some reason I went and ordered their steak sandwich which I believe is their most expensive sandwich. The first girl barely put any meat on it and then put a few slices of cheese over it and hand it off to the second girl. After it came out of the oven, it looked like even less meat than before it went in and there was a section at the end that didn’t have any meat at all. For a sandwich that’s $ 7.50 plus tax, they were very stinchy with the meat. I’m not asking for it to look like the picture but at least covered the bread with some meat! I should have said something but I was running late and just took it and left. Never going back to that Subway again! I can get better food elsewhere.

I wish I could give them no stars. The only reason I’m down to give one is because the sandwich artists deserve some props. This subway sucks. The management should rot in hell. Good location — this place could flourish if idiot jerks weren’t controlling it. The sandwich artists hold it down. But this place should be shut down. I know for a fact that they make their employees use faulty, broken equipment. And that they often lie about the quality/freshness of their foods. The sandwich artists do what they can, but they can’t control what management decides to do. And the management team for this franchise are all asshole idiots.

Just left from my work break and once again amazing service! I usually get a few cookies for my family and after ordering my sandwich I noticed they were basically out. I ask the gentlemen who was making my sandwich and he said they just had a big rush and unfortunately did not have anymore but if I knew what flavours I wanted he would be more than happy to make a fresh batch if I was willing to wait. Having such great service when I didn’t even have to ask was a wonderful part of my day. Thank you!

As stated from previous reviewers. Very rude employees. Brenda from this morning questioning why I wanted another dressing on my breakfast combo. Too bad these guys work in a place where they clearly do not want to be. Hopefully the owner of the franchise reads this reviews.

It’s a subway. I go here for a sandwich not service. The food fresh and everything I would expect from a subway. They were skimping on the condiments a lot but put more upon request. I’m giving this a 4 star but I’m comparing grapefruits to grapefruit. It’s a 2 star sandwich shop and a 4 star subway

Sun. at 5:30pm. I look at the menu board and then step up to the counter. A guy is fixing the condiments. I wait in front of him and he goes to the register instead of asking me if I need help. I go to the register and he says«You need to go to the counter to order.» «I was at the counter but you didn’t take my order.» We both walk back to the beginning of the counter. «I’d like a foot-long meatball sandwich.» «What kind of bread?» etc. After a moment, he checks in the back. «We’re out of meatballs.» «Are you serious?» This place seemed like a joke. I wouldn’t go back.
