He’s represented me more than once for car accidents and every time he’s done a thorough job in researching and representing the law, making sure I don’t get stiffed by insurance companies. I have to admit that I am not the best about writing reviews, even when they are warranted. When it comes to David Blumberg and Associates, an exception deserves to be made. David helped me through what was shaping up to be the ultimate nightmare between unsuspecting me and an insurance company who was all set to take advantage of my inexperience and good nature.
I thought it should have been simple. I was rear ended on the 405 and the next day had stiffness in my neck and back as well as a mean headache. When I involved the other party’s insurance company on my own, it became obvious that they were only trying to protect themselves and hurt me.
David took care of everything with confidence that set me at ease instantly. He was already highly recommended to me, and now by me to you.
From this experience I have learned to ALWAYS consult an attorney before attempting to solve legal problems by yourself or through the advice of friends or family, and to NEVER talk to the insurance company. Thank you David!

I had a very good experience with the firm until it came to getting my settlement check. Keep in mind my case has been going on for about a year and of course I have way over due medical bills that are hurting my credit. I was told my case was closed and should be recieving my settlement check soon. OK great!
A week goes by no word from Mr.blumberg. Another week and I get a hold of him and it sounds like he forgot about my check and he says I should get within a week.
A MONTH A WHOLE FREAKING MONTH goes by and I call to see what is going on since no one has contacted me. I am not transfered to MOLLY Blumberg who tells me shes gonna send me the same paper I already signed a month ago and then get the process going to send me my check. I kindly tell her I’ve already done that– she says she has misplaced it which of course does not make me feel comfortable at all
So I’ve already waited a month and the best she can do is say I can get out by NEXT WEEK
Another week for my money
So next week comes and I call to ensure that she is going to send so I can have tracking number. what does she do she makes the label for priority 2 day shipping mail AND THEN WAITS 2 DAYS TO SEND IT
As I am typing this I still do not have my money and I really don’t appreciate how I’ve been yanked around and mislead
I’m a really nice person which is why I was so lenient and patiently waited but apparently I am not enough of a concern for Molly to do something when she says she is after a client has been waiting OVER a month to obtain their own settlement
Mr.Blumberg really did try and help me though and I am thankful for him but words can not describe how much resent I have for this girl right now.

Mr. David Blumberg, his partners, and his entire staff are exceptional beyond words. He is better by far than any attorney that I, my family, or my friends have ever contracted with for personal injuries of any kind. Our great regret is: if only we had know about Rosen & Blumberg years ago.
If you don’t rush them, they will get you the highest settlement on the planet. Most insurance companies will just try to laugh off even the most serious injuries. Never accept any sort of «settlement» or «payments» directly through your insurance company by the way. They will rip you off and you will still end up paying doctor and medical bills out of your own pocket.
David Blumberg was recommended by a very good paralegal friend at a law firm that handles family law. We were so impressed with our first meeting that we actually left the attorney we had signed with for our vehicle collision to sign with Mr. Blumberg. We are so happy we did. Even if you don’t live nearby, it is so definitely worth a trip to meet these lovely people. Most paperwork is handled by email and regular mail, therefore not inconveniencing you in any way. We continue to recommend him to people we care about.
PS David Blumberg is also a darn good car expert, on late models as well as classics – always a plus! His advice on every issue, including whether to repair or replace our car, was the best advice ever.

If ever I am involved in an accident or personal injury case, I will immediately contact David Blumberg for assistance. My fiancé and I were involved in a car accident a couple of years ago while on our way to work. I had never been in a bad accident before and was pretty shook up. The other driver not only was at fault, he admitted fault at the scene, and his insurance informed me that same day that he was at fault & they would be covering all costs to repair our car and any medical attention we required. The insurance company later tried to back out of covering our medical costs (which were pretty extensive, especially for my fiancé). David was such a big help! We told him from day one that we simply wanted our medical bills covered. David made the entire process such a breeze. He had a genuine concern for our wellbeing, and he made sure our case was handled justly. My portion of the case settled pretty quickly. My fiancé’s portion took a bit longer as he had more medical care & the insurance company fought harder against him. We were able to settle everything out of court, and David will now be our go-​to guy should we ever encounter another unfortunate event.

This is not a huge law-​firm with a big advertising budget, thousands of clients and a massive turn-​out rate. These guys are honest and there for you. They’ll get you what you deserve. I think the other glowing reviews says it all but wanted to write a few notes. He prevented things from going into trial which could have been quite messy. In the end, I came away with a nice settlement, insurance company to accept that I was not at fault. I’ve since referred him to a couple others who both had nothing but positive things to say about their experience with this him and his staff.
He genuinely cares about his clients and their well being. He gave me some very valuable advice about how to handle car accidents in the future should they occur and even tips on buying used cars. I was anxious about driving again for quite some time but especially now that this is all behind me, I feel at ease knowing that there are genuine people out there who are available to help when its needed.
