We love the fried chicken and the sides but when we ordered take out as we got home there’s 3 pics missing and when I called the manager was rude she won’t even give me her name and they said it’s impossible to give the wrong pcs I fortunately have the receipt did not even apologize and hung up

Walked in and it was super hot inside, after ordering I went to the tables, there was chicken skins and bones at 3 of the tables including sauce –_​-​… After the lady was rude about cleaning it and she wasn’t even going to clean the ground full of crud, she just wanted to wipe down the crumby chicken slop on the tables… The food was to be expected); jk but it is just Popeyes …

Staff is warming, friendly. I have not had any bad experiences as of yet. Definitely loving the new re-​model. The place here is very clean and tidy. I definitely enjoy the popeye’s radio with the jazz music playing in the background which gives that new orleans vibe for those like me who have never been to new orleans. Lovin’ it. Keep up the good work!!!

These folks knock it out of the park every time! The staff is friendly, the food is fresh and hot, and my order is perfect every time. I have been coming to this Popeye’s for over 10 years (since we moved in just up the street) and it is a guilty pleasure to be sure. Keep doing what you’re doing folks, it’s working! Thanks for the extra 10 pounds I’m carrying around as a result!

Yuck! The chicken didn’t taste fresh and was covered with a greasy sheet of breaded crap. The beans tasted horrid as well. This place has gone down and that’s fine because healthwise it’s the worst thing you can eat. I Will not ever eat there again though it’s 2 blocks from me.

Can’t get the order right! Tell them twice and it’s still wrong ! Spicy Chicken not spicy, naked chicken ordered mild came out spicy.
Used to be good but no longer. Too bad, We like Popeyes, but this locale is poor !

You know when you get that crave for spicy fried chicken. Try those strips. Cajun fries, mash, there biscuits. I recommend u ask for extra gravy on the side then smother them on ure biscuits. You’ll love it! –1star there a bit over priced.

First timer. After watching the commercials for years I finally made it Popeyes and it didn’t disappoint.
I think what I enjoyed the most was the variety of tasty sides that you wouldn’t find at it’s competitor KFC.
I enjoyed the Cajun gravy mashed potatoes, the coleslaw, and the fries. Next up I want to try the green beans, dirty rice, jambalaya, and Mac n cheese
I tried the fried shrimp and the spicy tenders. Which weren’t spicy at all. The chicken and shrimps were good. Not great. The color was pretty dull on the chicken and shrimps.
I totally recommend the sweet heat sauce and the dill tarter sauce.

We don’t have a waffle house in Burbank so… I go to I Hop and get some waffles and bring them here lol i create my own Rasco’s The heart wants what it wants. This is the best Popeye’s in the Valley very clean food is always hot and freshly maid. and the customer service is great.

Stank chicken! Advice: make your chicken fresh. 3 times now and every time chickened have been sitting over 10 min. Mac and cheese was cold and watery. Never again.

This Popeyes location always has fast service. I like the chicken a lot, it’s very juicy and flavourful. The spicy option is not very spicy so I always add the hot sauce. I like the sides too but they all have the same cajun taste. I think the «two can dine» is a good deal for a take-​home meal. My reason for giving 4 stars is because I don’t like that the wings are much more expensive if I choose not to purchase it in a combo. I wish it stayed open later!

I am so glad this Popeyes is so close to home. Been here many times and finally after years of consistence great services and food, I am hereby giving them a good review.
The same manager is ALWAYS there. She is crazy patience with annoying customers but manage to cut the line short.
Today is my first Popeyes Tuesday. I am not sure if it comes with sauce of your choice since it is so dirt cheap. Feeling bad to ask for one. She has her same big smile and put two cubes of sauce for me.
Can anyone tell me do they come with sauce for a dollar something thigh and leg?

I have not been to a popeyes in a very long time.
Spicy Chicken– Great Taste. However, it was really greasy and left me very thirsty the next morning! I’m sure it’s not the healthiest meal. It was almost addictive, I kept wanting to have another piece.
Service-​Good.
Parking-​Small parking lot. Only one entrance into and out of the lot. Street parking also.

Glad I came back after the last negative experience. They’ve redone the inside a bit and the food was fresh, tasty and smelled like fried chicken heaven. All I know is that when I got home, I gobbled an entire breast by myself. Which speaks volumes for me since I pick at food so much.

Normally I don’t frequent fast food joints, but when I do, I usually go to In N Out. However, after watching a movie and being in close proximity, my husband and I decided to go to Popeyes.
They have a great Tuesdays special — 2 pieces of fried chicken, 1 leg and 1 thigh, for $ 1.29! It comes either regular (mild) or spicy. I’ve had both — the spicy is not really that spicy but I prefer the mild for the true chicken flavor.
First time at this location. The staff was super friendly and the chicken was hot and juicy inside and perfectly crispy outside– yum! It really hit the spot :)
