The reoccurring thing you will hear about Phil whether it be on Unilocal or elsewhere is that he feels like a friend. He is! And not in that disingenuous «used car salesman» way. The integrity is apparent upon meeting him. I put Phil through the paces for years before we bought. The number of homes he’s shown me In the 4 or 5 years are countless! When we were finally ready he helped us sell our townhouse and buy a pool home in a fabulous area with minimal stress. Phil Keppel should be voted «Real Estate Agent of the Year» in Los Angeles!

My wife and I consider Phil to be a friend as well as our agent. He stuck through over a year of us looking in Burbank and surrounding areas. We settled on Studio city and Phil did an amazing job of selling our West Hollywood condo and timing out both transactions so everything was seamless. Phil is thorough and considerate with none of the high pressure salesmanship that is unfortunately a staple of the profession. I wouldn’t hesitate to give Phil my highest recommendation.

We worked with Phil to buy our 1^st home. He is very approachable and friendly, and we felt comfortable with him right away after meeting him and his wife at an open house. Phil knew the market extremely well, and gave us invaluable advice.
Long story short, we had made a quick decision that we wanted to place an offer on a home, and he worked immediately to put together a competitive offer. Put in mind, we decided to make this offer at 9pm. By mid-​morning the following day, we were informed our offer was accepted by the seller after just going on the market. We were lucky, as there were additional competing offers later that day, but ours was accepted due to the fact it was written and presented to the seller before any others. We are very thankful, and fortunate of the extra hours put in by Phil to get us our place. He never changed attitude/​pace even after we had seen 100+ homes, and had 4 other offers not accepted (due to cash buyers).
We had the best possible experience with buying our home, and Phil was a huge part of that. He is professional, responsible, responsive, and a great guy. It was a pleasure working with him, and now we continue to stay in touch with him and his wife Jill as friends. I have recommended Phil to others, and will continue to do so. Those I’ve recommended have purchased homes with Phil, and continue to say nothing but positive things about him, along with their home buying experience.

After a horrible experience with another Realtor, my wife and I were refereed to Phil and Jill by a family friend. We were in a horrible situation, with our stress level at an all time high. The calming, positive attitude that Phil and Jill had made for an awesome experience! They were able to find us our house in a very timely manner, with ALL the options we wanted. Phil and Jill’s communication with all parties involved, are second to none. They were always returning our text messages, phone calls, emails, very promptly, even while they were on vacation. With their personal dedication, outstanding work ethic, and their drive to make us seem like priority number was awesome. My wife and I are truly grateful that we found such wonderful Realtors to help us in the home buying process. We feel we hit the lottery when we met them, and we count our blessings everyday that we are in our house.

As a first time homeowner, I found the whole process quite overwhelming and hard to understand. So glad that Phil and Jill were there to help me through the way! They understood the importance of getting back to me promptly, no matter how petty my question was, they took me to see multiple properties (some even two or three times) and were very knowledgable when it came to ins and outs of the real estate market. I appreciate their efforts and expertise. My two dogs and I couldn’t be happier in our new place. I would highly recommend them to both buyers and sellers!
