Went here to pick up dinner tonight, normally go to the one in the empire center but this was closer to us. We went through the drive through and the worker was just plain rude. Almost throwing our food and change at us through the window and constantly ‘hold on’ ing us. For our two person meal she only have us one fork, one chili sauce, one soy sauce, and one fortune cookie. Cheap! Food was good but as a chain restaurant I assume all should be the same, it’s the workers there that define the place. Wouldn’t go here unless before a flight and honestly would just eat in the food court inside the airport.

I usually eat at this location after visit Fixnation, this is restaurant have eggplant tofu, other locations taken out of the manu. The service is great a girl named Carol served me, she’s very friendly and professional. I work as a manager in a fast food restaurant and I know about customers service. Place looks clean, drink station clean and stock, music playing Christmas carols so I really enjoy my visit.

I usually eat at this location before a flight because the airport has very limited dining options. It’s in the same lot as a couple other restaurants, but panda is easy and fast. When you enter, the workers greet you«welcome to panda!» Which is kinda nice, also kinda unnecessary. There’s this new guy(or maybe he usually doesn’t work when I’m there) that is a little TOO loud and says it in a weird voice, which is kinda strange. Anyway, this location is usually pretty busy. It seems like whenever I’m there they’re out of the items I want. I don’t want to wait the five minutes or so for them to cook more, so I have to pick other items. Sigh. They should be more aware of what items are popular and start making them before they run out. Example: fried rice, orange chicken, eggplant tofu. The weird guy was ringing me up and asked me if I wanted to donate to some charity and when I said no he said«‘my apologies.» Uh what does that even mean? I asked for a cup for water and he charged me for a small drink. I was too tired to have him fix it so whatever. Overall, the restaurant is pretty clean and the flavors are consistent with other locations. That one worker just made my experience not as enjoyable this time.

It’s good food cooked right there, but EVERY customer was given a foam to-go carton despite eating in. So wasteful :(

Went to this location last night with my Girlfriend after picking her up from Burbank Airport. We wanted to grab a quick bite to eat this was a convenient location. For a quick visit’s an okay place. However, here is my rundown which is solely based on my experience: * Customer Service — the customer service was mediocre at best. One employee seemed courteous and happy. The other’s kind of seemed like it would have killed them to be happy and pleasant. As one employee sat next to us with her drive through headset on, playing on her phone, etc. Not sure if she was on break or just keeping the seat warm. * The Food — Was stocked and tasted great! * The cleanliness — The place was clean and neat! All in all nice place to grab a bite to eat but I suspect that great customer service is hit or miss at this location!

Not bad but could have been better. I like most of the food but the crispy shrip was kinda not fresh.

Small portions than other locations I’ve been to. Mushroom chicken– the veggies were still raw which made me question the chicken. Shanghai beef was over cooked, some pieces had the texture of charred wood.

I’ve been here a few times I thought I already wrote a review I guess not. I love cong here the customer device is great. They always make a fresh batch of honey walnut shrimp for me. Your always warmly greeted by almost all of the employees when you walk I’m. They also have this thing where I’d you donate a dollar to kids they ring a bell and everyone says Thank you. The foods always good and fresh and the place is clean. Right by the non pope airport. **IAN** is the manager I love him. He’s so friendly. If your waiting for your food he will offer a drink and so you can relax while your wait for you food. Always goes the extra mile. Great service. Leads by example. Really has this place running great !!

The rice cooker broke around 2pm and they didn’t tell us after a couple customers, including myself, have waited for 20 mins. They didn’t provide any solutions except for us to get chow mein. At least they apologized a lot.

I’m one of those people who still loves Panda Express This place had the friendliest service I’ve seen at a panda! Every time someone came in they all said in sync«welcome to panda» this place also has a drive thru. However, the chain as a whole has caught me off guard in my last two visits. The food has become a little too greasy and the meat a little too chewy. I’m not staying away from panda just yet but come on guys step it up!

I don’t know why this place has so many bad reviews. Good food, friendly service and the place is always kept clean. I’ve never had a problem here and I come here a lot!

Came here before my flight out of Burbank airport. It was conveniently located out front. The location was clean, good service and the food was delicious. It also has a drive through for people in a rush and don’t want to get off. Anyways I’ve had Panda many times and this location really hit the spot for lunch before flying out. Definitely would come back anytime I’m flying from Burbank.

This Panda seems to have a problem keeping items full and fresh. I’m always waiting for an item to be cooked and have to ask. They aren’t proactive. Maybe management does train the staff to fill items. This store gets lots of airport travel and people don’t have time to wait 10 minutes for the food.

I used to be a big fan of the Panda. Not so much anymore. In what seems to be an issue chain wide these days, they don’t keep up with making the food. The pans are almost always empty everytime I go to a Panda and then you have to wait for them to make new food. While I appreciate freshly made food, if I wanted to wait for my food, I would go to a regular Chinese restaurant and not Panda Express. Additionally, they seem to be using grade Z chicken these days and it is always chewy and disgusting if you get anything that isn’t deep fried like the orange chicken. And don’t get me started on the egg rolls! I love egg rolls but the ones at Panda are by far the wost I have ever had. The weird thing about this location, and I don’t know if this is company wide or not, but they are trying to be friendly by yelling(and I do mean yelling!!) «welcome to Panda» when you walk in the door. Not just one or two people mind you, but the entire damn staff! So 6 – 7 people yell at you when you walk through the door. The first time they did it they scared the hell out of me. I’ve watched other people get freaked out by it too. One person doing it would be fine, the entire staff is just awkward and uncomfortable. They really need to stop that. I miss the old Panda when it was good. :(

Lars greeted all of us when we came in which was nice… HOSNI helped me out. He was great very friendly, polite, and helpful. Bad thing was they didn’t give us napkins or forks and we were missing a fortune cookie.
