Thank you Menuah Flowers for designing our daughter’s baptizing. You have great vision and incredible style. You are very easy to work with. You knew exactly what I was looking for!

We used her for my wedding this last Saturday and nothing went smoothly. We didn’t work with a wedding planner, and maybe that’s why it was a headache… But I thought that the customer service left much to be desired. She worked with our budget, which I was thrilled about… But I just wasn’t satisfied at all. We planned with her at least three months before… Sent example photos… And two days before and the day of she was asking the same questions we already went over… Like we hadn’t already discussed all these details. It’s like it wasn’t important to her until the week of… Our contract said dahlias and not one dahlia was in our arrangements. The two flowers used in our center pieces were hydrangeas and roses… Which I felt didn’t look «the freshest» like she had claim they were. All the tops of he boutonnières fell off when the men tried to put them on. She used silver accents when we had told her my wedding was gold and ivory. The corsages left much to be desired… They looked old. The bridesmaids bouquets we talked about being all white. They were different shades of pink. The only pink I asked for was blush. And she only used roses for those. We had agreed on other flowers such as «garden roses» which were only in my bouquet. Last minute things were a headache… She wasn’t done setting up when my ceremony started and didn’t finish transferring the flowers to my reception until the guest already had walked in. Overall I would not recommend her, or use her again. Lesson learned in my opinion.

Amy is the most personable person I think I have ever had the opportunity to deal with and always is thinking about the customer and their needs. Pricing and service is impeccable! If I could give 10 stars I would!
She is very busy, taking care of many projects at one time, but has amazing skills and is on top of each project with great detail, no doubt the best in her field.

Menuah Flowers is one of the best floral designers I have known. Amy puts her heart into every single flower she designs. You can’t go wrong with this florist.
When you order flowers to send to someone else she always sends you a picture of the finished product before delivering it to the recipient so you know exactly what you paid for.
